Uncle Bobs Self Storage in Avon is an excellent self storage resource. We needed a quick storage solution during our home staging and selling process. After touring the Uncle Bobs in Avon with Manager Jeff, we selected a 10 x10 climate controlled unit. Since our home sold rather quickly, we only needed the unit for 4 months. This posed no problem since Uncle Bobs rental agreements are based on the needs of the customer. Ending a rental agreement is a simple matter of filling out an exit form on the day of departure. Rental fees for first and last months of occupancy are pro-rated based on entry and exit dates. The accessibility, cleanliness and security of Uncle Bobs are all excellent. We have now moved out of state but if we have future storage needs, we would certainly try to find another Uncle Bobs.

The store manager, Jeff Weishner, is outstanding! My husband and I are from out of town and needed long-term storage for a truck. It was a Friday night in December (freezing cold and windy as well) about 20 minutes before closing when we arrived at the office. Jeff warmly welcomed us and was extremely thorough in explaining all the aspects of the storage unit, he took us outside to show us how to use the keypad for the gate AND he walked to our unit and helped my husband back the truck into the unit. We never felt we were being rushed or asked too many questions. The storage unit was clean, the office area was spotless and very orderly. This man runs a tight ship and it is refreshing to see! I highly recommend Store #143 at 38390 Chester Road, Avon, OH 44011.

Those 5-star ratings are fake. Lets see if this gets posted. All around me are abandoned cars, trucks, boats, buses... while cost has gone up 40% in 3 years. In my opinion, UBs is making good customers pay for the revenue lost by that space-taking junk they cant get rid of. The crew is fantastic, but hindered by the demands of the corporate office that complains if a tarp blows askew during a storm or I leave some wood prop blocks neatly by the fence, on the ground (to secure the wheels and such). Recommended locally, annoying corporately.

Worry Free that your items (furniture etc) are in good hands! they do a GREAT job and are always very pleasant to speak to. and easy to work with. Always just a phone call away to answer questions. Just dont let your husband forget the key for your last visit. the only one I did not go on and he forgot his key! so Jeff had to cut it off for us. The fee is $25 plus the loss of a very good lock.. the circular ones are the best to use. You can purchase it from Jeff or Dan. Thank you Jeff and Dan for AWESOME service.

This place is great! The storage spaces are affordable, clean and easy to get to, and well secured. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything. Jeff the manager and his son are excellent. I finally found an apartment, so I moved out my belongings the other day and cant say enough good things about Life Storage. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Relocated from Chicago to Cleveland and needed a place to temporarily store our belongings. The Sales Associate was friendly and took his time to answer our questions. The rental process was simple and easy. The storage rooms were very clean (no cobwebs or dust), and the location is secure. I would recommend Uncle Bobs Storage for your storage needs.

I had a very pleasant experience. I had a bigger item in storage and it was safe and everything was just as we left it in the unit. Jeff was very nice and helpful when I had questions on the phone. He also let me know when he would be available to come and pick up my item. I will use them again next year.

Stored here several times over the past 15 years. Never had an issue. Site is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful (will also surprisingly will remember you by name 12 months later... Not sure if thats a good thing.) I Will/would definitely go back.
