I have used this storage facility for over six months. The place is super clean, and secure. I started with a 10x20 for two months, and downsized into a 10x10. The staff is awesome, and very friendly and very good at meeting customer needs. We moved to Bristol from Colorado and booked the unit sight unseen. Everything was ready for our Uhaul load when we arrived. Can make payments via a credit card remotely over the phone. Best storage in Bristol!

Not happy at all!!! My experience turned into a bad one when my card was declined over an additional $9 charge from renting a Uhaul. After I had asked several times for an invoice so that I could make things right and pay the extra money, Celeste the office manager locked me out of my storage and requested I have my things out by the end of the month!!! I only had the storage building for a 4 days and was locked out. ALL OVER $9!

I had just about everything I own in storage for 2 1/2 years. The folks at Weaver Pike Storage have been so helpful and took great care of me and my belongings. Celeste was so sweet to work with. I am now fully moved to the Midwest. But, whenever Im back in Bristol, TN I will probably stop by the office just to say Hi!
