I was a customer there for over 2 years. I was never late on my bill. And always paid on time. I am a bricklayer I rented outdoor unit in the very far back of the premises. I stored my brick and block there. One day I went in to pay my bill and got told that I had to get out at my stuff look messy. Even though it was always covered and no one knew what was underneath the tarps. I was very displeased with Valley storage. Don at the desk is an incredible manager and would do anything to help the customers. I understand that this was not the managers fault and It had totally to do with the owner of the building. No I will not send future customers to Valley storage on the way they treated a customer that always paid on time and was very respectful of their property.

THE PEOPLE AT THE LOCATION ARE GREAT. WAS THERE FOR OVER A YEAR. HAD NO PROBLEMS TILL THE END WHEN I CLEANED OUT MY UNIT AND LEFT. TRIED TO STOP RECURRING PAYMENTS ON THERE WEBSITE, BUT YOU CANT. SO THE NEXT MONTHS PAYMENT WAS TAKEN OUT. IVE CALLED THREE TIME AND THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU OR EMAIL YOU THAT THE PAYMENT WAS PUT BACK ON YOUR ACCOUNT. WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED AFTER THE THREE CALLS AND NOW HAVE HAD TO PUT A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK TO GET MY FUNDS BACK. WATCH YOUR SELF WITH THE RECURRING PAYMENTS MAKE SURE WHEN YOU LEAVE TO GET IT IN WRITTING THAT YOU HAVE CLEANED OUT YOUR UNIT. REALLY SAD!!!

Overall pleasant experience. Some bugs with the website occasionally when paying bill online. Other than that, the prices are pretty standard to other unit pricing, and nice people to do business with. I would recommend this storage facility. It is maintained and kept VERY clean as well, and they just put in video surveillance for security. Great place!

Prompt, courteous and friendly service. Storage locker was clean and the door easy to raise and lower and the amount of space I needed was perfect. Gate access with ample, but limited, hours is a very secure feature. My storage locker is on an end unit at the front and I feel very safe when I need to use the storage locker.

Signing up online for a 10 x 15 storage unit was very easy and finalizing the transaction with a staff member at the site was fast. The only problem I encountered was I did not receive the first month free as advertised when I signed up online, but I was told I by the staff member I would be credited for it the next month.
