I had a great experience! I needed to rent a unit unexpectedly on the 4th of July and the folks at 24 Hr Self Storage were available and helped me pick out the ideal unit over-the-phone. I had a unit here for almost a year and only encountered a minor issue, which they resolved immediately. I would definitely rent from them again, should the need arise.

Unit was clean and accessible. Some difficulty entering the facility. Steep incline; cannot reach keypad from drivers window. Was unable to contact 24-hour service on the evening that I finally emptied the unit and swept it out. When I did reach the service, the staff were courteous and helpful.
