I usually go to the planet fitness on 67th ave in hialeah/miami lakes. When I went to this location i was blown away. Seriously in shock of how much better it is compared to mine. I was visiting someone up there and decided to get in a workout and it made me want to switch PF locations. It is pretty big, nice equipment, better quality than mine. The weight area is much bigger. The gym is set up well and it is organized the same. Also, the people who go to this location are very nice and you never feel intimidated. Lastly, the staff is very friendly. Cannot beat this price for what you are getting. I definitely recommend.

Here goes! I started going to this gym in January , everything was cool the staff were nice escipally the assistant manager MONICA :) it was always clean and not too crowded if you go after 7pm. Fast forward to June the have a whole new staff at the front with not so nice attitudes. Also They charged my account 3 times in one month on different days...And when I bought my Bank statement in they did not correct the charges. So I dedcided screw this and there whole 360 rude ass staff I canceled my membership -___- Ill be going to another gym.

The two starts is because its clean and the machines are not cramed close together however they dust while you working out Im going to say something next time because I have allergies dont need a dust feather next to me when Im on the treadmill and the biggest issue occurred yesterday when about ten of us showed up at opening hours and as more people started arriving there was no one there to open the gym even 30 mins later when I went back home. Smh. I have to early in the morning now Im contemplating if I should go today.

The personal trainer tried to have sex with me immediately, hes light skin and slim muscular. I cant even go to Planet Fitness anymore because Im uncomfortable. They will not change the channel. They think everyone wants to workout to varies CNN channels. They give you looks like theyre better than you. They are very frugal with the black card amenities. I guess its because they are not getting a lot of members. I dont think they have a friendly environment like the other Planet Fitnesses.

The story is I cancel my account at the plantation plant fitness in fl. Since then I am having trouble with planet fitness going to my bank account taken payments. Account was closed in July 2016. Now it is November 2016. I was charged late fees from bank and bills not paid because of this. I hate planet fitness for doing to me. I am always bouncing payments. I have gone to you personally and someone is not doing their job!! Stop going to my accounts.

Planet fitness has the worst customer service ever the employees there dont know jack when you ask them a question they look lost my debit card got charged twice. For my gym membership and nothing was done about it i gave them my bank statement as they requested and now they cant find my membership its been 3months now and still havent got a response this gym is money hungry

Planet Fitness Plantation FL is the worst gym Ive ever had to deal with. They charged my account 3 times in one month on different days...And when I bought my Bank statement in they did not correct the charges. I would advise anyone that goes there to be careful and watch your account for double and triple payments being deducted from your Bank Account.

I would give them 0 stars. There customer service is beyond crappy and the assistant manager and manager are both extremely rude. I would never sign up for a membership at this location unless they both were replaced. They have fees that they lie about and are not upfront and honest. Good luck.

The place is newer, clean, and affordable. It would be nice if there was some type of ledge/shelf in the shower to hold essentials. Beware of patrons gabbing on their cell phones...annoying but staff cannot intervene. Its my "go to" fitness center in a pinch. Nice place.

I dont dislike them or like them. I just think that their advertising guy needs to find a new job. You dont say youre open 24/5 and then close 9pm on Friday. Dafuq? So really you should be saying open 24 hours Monday- Thursday. Im charging you 100$ for that service.

Very clean, new TVs and very nice and clean equipment. Staff is very helpful. I travel a lot and was able to get a guest pass with zero issues at 4:30 AM this morning. Staff member was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Equipment is kept up with pretty well And new, but the people who work here suck. The Management is new and doesnt know how to handle a customer respecfully. Even the employees roll their eyes at customers while on the phone

The lost the file on my cancellation and will not reimburse me for not using their service. Make sure you keep your cancellation paperwork or this company will just keep on charging you. Unhelpful staff and rude manager.

Love this gym its clean the staff is helpful and friendly. The environment is comfortable. I see some people complaining, but lets be honest here we only pay 10 dollars a month. Its a super awesome deal.

Great place. I feel so comfortable here. But the only thing is that I went to the delray location and they have a better locker room even has a place with a hair dryer. Also the have different equipment.

Very clean gym, helpful staff and managers care. Ive been going to this gym for a little over a year. I dont plan on leaving it anytime soon. Always a pleasure every visit. I never feel uncomfortable.

Can never get a good workout in. Either people interrupt you working out (making you loose count) or seniors always sitting at a machine reading a book. Better off going some where else.
