Great positive experience. I have been coming here for a little over a month now taking classes with James. Morning and night classes are a great help considering my is ever changing schedule. While the classes are group based the attention to detail in helping every student perfect the movements is the main reason I see myself continuing to show up day after day, month after month. James Alex Matt and all the interns who have help trained me are great. They dont only train you to get in shape but they train you specifically on your desired sport. If you put in the effort theyll get you where you want to be.
