Bare in mind when youre reading this that Im intricate about every bit of my car and treat her like a baby every day. After my accident I did A LOT of research and after almost a week and a half of sleepless nights, I decided to go with Capital City. Dan was always happy to answer questions (I had a ton) and so was Scott, they assured me of a quality repair and I decided to trust them. Through the repair, Rita (customer service) was always available when I called and kept me updated, I insisted on OEM parts and they delivered. When they finished, she looked brand new, the paint is so perfect you cant tell its been resprayed. All in all they had great customer service and did a great job with the repairs, Im extremely happy I chose them and would definitely recommend them if anyone needs collision repair!

I truly lucked up. I was in a horrible accident in July and my car (at least I thought) was damaged beyond repair. It was towed to the shop next door to CCCC and I asked them to take a look at my vehicle in order to provide an estimate to the insurance company. They happily obliged. After deciding that the car was repairable, Dan and Scott communicated with me often and assured me that they would do the best work possible. I had LOTS of questions and Dan responded promptly via email at any time - even if he was not in the office. I got my car back in perfect condition and am so happy with the work that was done. My 2013 Toyota Prius was side swiped by a tractor-trailer causing damage to the rear quarter panel, both doors and the front mask; almost totaled. The damage was so severe that I didnt think it would ever look good. I was wrong! Everything was turned back to factory level and works as it should. Chris installed the new quarter panel which needed to be fully welded back on. He made such an outstanding repair that you cannot tell my car was ever damaged. Go speak to Dan should you need work done to your vehicle, he was very easy to work with and took extreme care with all the details. I couldnt be happier with my experience with them. -David V.-

In addition, I normally shop around for the best price, and found that every time I compared they were the best price. My favorite part, though, is that one more than one occasion they went beyond what could be expected to resolve my problems. Its good place that does good business and treats there customers well. Exceeded expectations! I have used other body shops in the past and could always see a difference in the newly painted area next to the factory painted areas (paint shade, spray pattern, etc.). The obvious repair work by others went against me when I went to trade-in for a new car. No so with my recent experience with Capital City Collision. Their painter is an artist! You cannot tell that my truck was ever damaged. The owner, Dan Hendrickson, was great to work with, beat his competition on price and did the job in just two days.

I took my car into Capital City Collision with little to no expectations. They quickly gave me a computerized estimate which was honest and accurate. I needed my car fixed in a timly manner and their turn around was amazing, especially from estimates and quotes that I had recieved before. Not only did it take 4 days to replace and paint my door, but the results were fantastic, it was like I never got into a wreck. I would recommend their services to anyone that asked. Friendly, helpful and outstanding service! I had a good sized ding on my pickup that needed repair, along with the paint job that was necessary to make everything look new again. Not only did these guys take care of my repairs fast and do great work, but they made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. Excellent experience, Great work! My son got into an accident on the way to school (Not his fault). After getting frustrated with the whole insurance process, I finally got my car in to Capital City Collision. They handled all of the hassle with the insurance, got the parts needed and did GREAT work in making the repairs. We got the car back today and couldnt be happier with the work and experience. Ms Rita (office manager) was always pleasant and helpful despite my tons of phone calls throughout the process.

I will never use them again, they told me my car would be ready in three weeks top it was more like two to three months later. I left money in my car and when I got my car back it was gone. There were parts missing from my car like one of my front driving lights and my bumper still sticks out. They screwed with my battery, so a couple of weeks later my car didnt want to start and I had to pay some tow guy to fix the problem. I will never use them again and I dont recommend them to anyone.

I took my sons "customized" Accord to Capital City. Also, three vehicles in my employees family were restored by CCC. One is a high end, high performance GTO which they did an impeccable job on. CCC pays attention to little details and even fixed scratches that werent part of the original damage. Insurance companies can be a real hassle, but Dans experience cuts through their BS and gets the claim paid quickly. I recommend CCC to all of my customers.

Capital City Collision was awesome to work with. They worked with me using some aftermarket parts in the repair instead of stock. Then when there were some shipping issues and I had to go out of town causing some delays in the parts and they were still very cordial and did their best to get the truck finished quickly once all the parts were in and paint was done. Overall great people here!

Scott Hollon really came to my rescue when my battery was no good! He was timely and super courteous, and when eve after replacing my battery the car didnt start he then took the time to carefully examine what all could be wrong and turns out my starter needed a good kick. I am impressed with his services! Its been awhile since I have been around a nice trust worthy mechanic to help.
