Ive now had three cars painted at this particular location. Although the prep work was poor, I was fairly pleased with the first two paint jobs, considering the low cost of the paint job. Recently I brought in a third car to get it painted. I had sanded down the roof, trunk, spoiler, and tops of the front fenders because the clear coat had begun to peel. I sanded down to the base coat and ensured there was no more bad clear coat on the car. I dropped it off and they agreed that they would still lightly sand and prep the car for paint. I came back a week later to pick it up and I noticed it had "fish eyes" in the paint. I said something to one of the employees and they instantly blamed me and said it was from previous body work. They said the dead paint and body work was the reason for the fish eyes. This does not make any sense because the ENTIRE paint job had contamination in it, NOT just the areas where I had to sand. Also, the car had NO BODY WORK done to it. Anyone who knows something about paint knows very well that fish eyes comes from a surface contamination in the paint work, typically from petroleum products. Which basically means they did not clean the car properly before they painted it. There was also quite a bit of dust that had gotten into the paint before it dried. They also painted things that should not be painted like the mirrors and the front bumper valance. These parts also had contamination in the paint, which is further proof that the issue has nothing to do with the alleged body work or dead paint. Then they broke the Nissan emblem on the front bumper and did not replace it. They said it "was rotted and it blew off when they blew the dust off of the car." At this point I was insulted at the fact that they thought I was stupid enough to believe that. What really happened was they broke it when they attempted to remove it and did not want to own up to that. They also stripped the hole where my drivers side turn signal screws in when installing it. And they painted over the silver "240SX" emblem with black paint, and attempted to fix it by repainting it silver with brush-on touch up paint. And for some reason the "X" was only partially attached. This looked absolutely terrible. They did not even make an attempt to make things right, instead they just continued to blame me and make excuses. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they did an OK job on my other 2 vehicles. I am astonished at the absolutely terrible customer service I received. I have all of the before and after pictures and evidence I will be submitting a complaint with the BBB. I will never return to this location

I recently had my truck repaired at this place, really wish I would have took the time to go elsewhere. The job they did was sufficient but nothing great. This was handled through an insurance claim. I dropped it off for a week in hopes I would have it back in 7 days. I was told they would handle all the paperwork with my insurance company. 7 days later they still had not contacted the insurance company and told me " I thought you were handling that?" It clearly states on their site they they take charge of dealing with your insurance company so you dont have to! This pushed my truck out 14 more days. As far as the repairs go, I had to have the front fender, bumper and bumper cover replaced. They replaced a perfectly fine and working fog lamp w/o asking my permission. When I found out and told them to use the existing, they said they already threw it away...how convenient. I also was charged additional for the under skirt which was not quoted. Call backs are few and far between also. Over spray on my front tire sidewall and passenger window gasket as well, pretty sloppy. The bill, ah yes I too was told a higher priced I owed than what actually was the cost. Initially was told they could work my $500 deductible down to around $198, then told me after repairs I owed $478?! After looking over the paperwork with them I only owed $302. Ok not that big of a deal but still..the staff is not really that professional in my opinion, a lot of eye rolling after customers leave their presence and God forbid the phone ring and one of them has to answer it. In the end I am the one who had to wrangle up the insurance claim for the most part.. you truly get what you pay for at this place so be aware of that! Also, as soon as I got my truck back the brake caliper on the side they worked on is making a very loud clunking noise. I called them and asked if they removed or messed with it at all to which they denied, I just find it odd that it wasnt doing that when I dropped it off and then suddenly did it as soon as I hit the brakes the first time out of their lot. Save yourself a lot of pain and grief and go to one of Henry countys locally owned body shops!

Donna is a compulsive Liar and a Thief!! She will cheat you out of your money stating that they replace parts that they never touch, they will damage your vehicle and swear that it was like that when you dropped it off. They will go through your vehicle and take anything of value. And the so called "Manager" that sits tucked away in his little office behind her knows exactly what she is doing and if you ask to speak to him he will close the door and lock it....hes a worm!! Do yourself a huge favor and stay as far away from this place as possible or you just might end up behind bars. This place is not worthy of one star but, its the only way I could leave a review.

We took our 19 year old car that had seen better days before our teenage drivers. We were a bit skeptical especially for the work we thought it would need to be presentable again. Donna assured us that her team could make it happen with as little of our resources that we wanted spend (seeing as our teenagers would be driving it some more). We dropped off the car before heading out of town and came back to the car we loved when we first bought it. Best customer service while giving everyone their undivided attention. Great job guys!!! We and our teenagers appreciate you!!!!

We stopped by here and had a very nice encounter with Kimberley. After she found out what our wishes were, she went to work! She gave us a great estimate and said she would research about the paint color that my wife wanted and get back to us. She did that and two weeks later, we have our van, all shiny and in pleasing orange paint. My wife couldnt be happier! Donna, manager at the place gave us an additional discount to cover the cost of rental car. The paint job was perfect. We had nothing but a very nice experience dealing with Kimberley and Donna.

If I could give no stars I would. Came to pick up 06 Honda Accord and I swear it looks worst than it did when I dropped it off. Paid to fix damage on the drivers door and its still there. Paid to paint the whole car and they changed the color. It has gapping holes in the paint I mean the car looks terrible. Then to top it all off was treated terrible by front office staff and the hired help in the back. This place is terrible please DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO MAACO IN STOCKBRIDGE! This place should be shut down!
