Went to get a quote on minor paint damage and they took a full 20 minutes after my appointment time to meet with me, then another 20 minutes after looking at the car to get the quote. An hour later I was out of there and was recommended to Reids by another friend, where I spent three minutes and they got me a quote for hundreds of dollars less. Caliber needs to work on their customer service and show customers that they value their time. The second star is because they popped a panel back into place for free, which took them just a minute to do.

Great experience! Car got swiped in a parking lot and insurance sent me to Caliber. They had car rental on the property, so I could drop my car off for repair AND pick up a car. Everyone was helpful and friendly, including Caliber, Travelers and Enterprise employees. The work was completed in 1 day, as promised, and done very well. Thanks all!
