So, the first time I went there. They consulted on the body repair, and said theyd call me back with a quote when they located a part for me. I never received a call, and their voicemail was full. This was over the holidays. When I tried to call other local shops, some didnt answer their phones at all. I went back to here, since it was so close. This time, I received my quote, and they ordered the part then and there. I had cosmetic work on the car done by Marcus. He was so courteous and nice. The result of their work looks terrific. They were fast, conscientious, and he clearly cared about me being out of a car, the expediency of the work, and the quality of the work. They are not fancy in terms of customer service, but they had decent follow-up, were very considerate, and my car looks 100% better because of him.

When we moved here 2 years ago from Indiana, we gave this place a try when we needed some tune up and brake work done. They are very informative of what is going on with our cars and are very fair on the pricing. Weve came back here at least 8-9 times and they always do a very good job and provide good quality service. They are willing to go above and beyond to take care of us, including doing walk in oil changes and have even stayed an hour past closing time to replace my brakes and water pump before I went out of town. We are always greeted with a smile and a good attitude. I will continue to bring our cars back to Decatur Pro when we need work done on our vehicles.

Came here to get a quote for my car and some body work to be done. I compared to other body shops around town and this place was the cheapest, by far! Youre not paying for the flat screen tvs and fancy waiting area. This is the place you bring your car and feel comfortable they wont rip you off. I was very pleased with the work they did on my 2016 legacy with the pearl white paint. There was a small blemish with the paint, but Marcus took it back in and fixed it up for me and didnt even charge me for it. The staff is very helpful. Definitely save yourself some time and just go here. They were half the price of the actual dealership.

Above and beyond! Will definitely go back in the future. I was in a time crunch and dropped by in the morning on the way to work for a follow-up on some car repairs Id had done the day previous. Unfortunately for me, theyve changed their hours to opening at 8:30, and Id gotten there at 7:30. Crap. Luckily, the owner Steve was there an hour early before everybody else and saw me sitting outside in my car debating my next plan of action. He opened up shop specifically for me, and he washed and detailed my car himself.

Brought my 1999 Grand Marquis up there to fix some squeaking coming from my front suspension. After $1,300 in repairs, Ive had to bring my car up there 3 more times for squeaks and rattles coming from the very suspension they rebuilt. Its been everything from not replacing the right part to not tightening the parts once they were installed. Very nice people, but terrible with suspension work. Now I have to either rebuild it myself or pay someone else to do the job they couldnt.

I came in because of a burning smell coming from my car. After telling the office about it, Steve came and checked the vehicle. He told me he would have to heat the engine up and run a check on it. I was overall pleased with the quickness and customer service, but I was still charged $45 for their work- just for them to tell me a large plastic bag was caught underneath my car and had melted there. Im disappointed about the charge, but overall relieved nothing worse happened.

Great place! I came to get my check engine light checked out, and they looked at it for free. Nothing really was wrong; I just didnt have my gas cap on all the way. While I was there, I asked about another problem my car was having, and it turns out that I just needed some fluid topped off. Another car place told me that Id need a really expensive repair (over $1,000.00) to fix the same problem. I was pleased with their honesty and lack of greed. Im coming back!

If you need a trust worthy mechanic and shop this is your place! Steve is great and the mechanic broke down everything so that Id understand what really needed to be done to my car! Front desk could be much nicer but the owner and mechanics makes up for what she lacks! I wont be taking my car any where else n Im happy that I can actually trust this place to fix my car in a timely manner!

They are by far one of the best auto repair shops on this side of town. The guys take extra time in explaining all the options and allowing you to be comfortable with the one that makes the most sense. You wont feel like your are being taken advantage, especially being a woman and were very happy with the service and final results. Thanks guys!!!

At first I got there it seems like that knew and took care of the problem. Called two days later because the car was doing the exact samething and I am a lady so I dint know much about cars she told me I would have to pay again when I just got it did from this shop I am very displeased cause I keep buying fluid and I paid 300+ to get it fixed

The mechanic I spoke with was too busy playing on his phone and flirting with the front desk girl to give me a price on shocks so I left this is the 2nd time Ive taken my car there and it WILL BE THE LAST TIME ! No one there has good customer skills. If you want to be sold things your vehicle does not need this is the shop for you !

I have been in a handful of time and employees are welcoming and real. I was told by Jiffy Lube I needed new break pads because they were 2mm I took my 4Runner in here to make sure and they confirmed this was a scam and said that I have plenty of pad left. I have been happy with service and price. Hope to keep going here for years.

Its nice to find a shop that knows what theyre doing. Decatur Pro Auto walked me through my car engine codes and what needed to be done, I was very pleased with their attention to detail and the professional knowledge they had for my repairs. I dropped my car off for a very complicated issue. And they were honest about the time line of when it would be repaired. It was ready the next day before close of business. I didnt actually have my car fixed here because the mechanic DIDNT want me to waste my money on a garbage car! He was honest and told me it wasnt worth it to fix it. He checked out my car, topped off the fluids for free, and told me if I was his daughter her wouldnt let me drive the car.
