Please dont take your car here. I had work done on my car back in Dec 2015. They had my car for over a month and a half, kept telling me "itll be ready" on such day then would call that day and say its not ready. THEN when I finally do get it back nothing is right!! The seal they just replaced came up, my back blinker worked when it felt like it, my trunk wasnt shutting properly, there were gaps EVERYWHERE, my back passenger door opener wasnt put back on properly. Just crazy! So they had my car another two weeks. They called me in to look at it and wanted to argue with me about the trunk placement (it was obviously offline as the lines in the molding didnt match up at ALL) and the head boss (I wanna say John) talked to me like I was stupid. Like because Im a girl I have no clue what Im talking about. So then I had to go up there AGAIN while they showed me another car like mine to try and convince me there is gonna be some gaps and I had to take pictures, post side by side to show them that no, it was not the same. I only went here b/c I thought Allan Vigil still owned them (they dont) and they were close to my job. You want something done go to Legacy. I never had any problems with them. Go to you local mom and pop shop. Just DO NOT come here!! The guys will do subpar work and then argue with you when you notice it. Girls I suggest you come with your husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends...whomever. Just dont let these guys intimidate you b/c they will surely try and when you are head strong and know what you are talking about, they get so mad!

I had a horrible experience here. Took my car here, they kept it for one month saying they could not find part to start working on it. After me calling and going over there, Amber told me it on back order and not sure when so theyre going to total it. I was like no damn way! Just 1/4 panel damage and axil. Needless to say my insurance paid for my rental for one month, that ran out and my car was in the same state that I took it there. Insurance refused to pay extension. John the manager told me point blank he was not paying for my rental while my car was fixed. I guess it was my fault my car sat there eventhough I was proactive with calls and visits which yielded no results. I told my story to a friend in Dc. He was able to locate said axil from a junkyard in less than an hour. I had him speak to Amber, she said ok send it over theyd start working on it. When it arrived the next day, I called, John refused to accept it said he is not going use the part and why would Amber tell me she would. Now its 5 weeks and car is still untouched. I was beyond livid at that point. The insurance towed my car to another shop and it was fixed in four days and it has been working well ever since. John was very dismissive, and was horrible to speak with on the phone. AMBER Never kept me up to date! I did all the calling and inquiries and was always met with vague responses. John you suck and so do you Amber!

DO NOT take your car to this body shop!!! The work was pitiful at best. The paint work was horrible and they reinstalled the door panel improperly. When we returned the car to resolve the issues all we got was poor excuses of why it was not their fault!! Not once did they ever ask what they could do to make it right!! We even spoke with the manager and he was rude and did not even want to listen. He spent longer explaining the poor workmanship and why they should not be accountable than it would take to resolve the issues. They have destroyed 50K car. Do your self a favor and stay away!!! I use Allan Vigil for all of our companies service work and they are great!! But do your self a favor and stay away from the body shop manager and the body shop!!!!

I had to come here for a quote through my insurance for a rear end collision. The adjuster was always easy to reach when I had questions. He was timely when he had to go see the additional damage that was found. I had the option to get my vehicle in their shop that day but went to the dealership affiliated with my make.
