I feel really lucky to have found Westshore Automotive & Jeff the owner. He has taken great care of our vehicles and been very upfront about what was needed and the cost associated. He also explained to me how repairs would impact the estimated lifetime of the vehicle and provided advice when it came to trade in the vehicle. What impressed me the most is when i recently brought a car in and found out the engine block was cracked (and would need a huge repair) he informed me of an update the the warranty by the manufacturer which actually covered this. I was able to take the car to a dealership and they did the repair for free. It is this kind of honesty and integrity that can be hard to find in the service industry. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone with a car.

No Name

This is not your typical repair shop. First thing youll notice is that inside is very clean, comfortable, and the staff is very courteous and friendly. Its never fun bringing your car in for repairs but they actually take the unpleasantness out of the situation. Everything was explained in a very simple to understand manner and it didnt feel like they were trying to add extra unnecessary work like some other places. After the work was done the owner even went out of his was to show me the old part the was replaced from my car. It felt like dealership quality service for half the price.

These guys did an amazing job quickly and thoroughly. I brought in my 07 335i coupe for a headlight issue that I couldnt resolve myself. They were honest about what was wrong, allowed me to bring my own parts (ballast) and fixed it really quickly. The only issue I had with the service was that I didnt know where the overnight key drop was and it was weird just dropping it somewhere unsecured. Thanks for the awesome work. I still might come back to do the other one....

My favorite part about them is their sense of urgency. They accommodate my schedule while targeting the root cause of a problem to keep me moving. Great service and the owner Jeff was awesome. Drove 4 hours from Fort Lauderdale on some bad parts and tires. Had to get some work done that wasnt cheap but got a very fair price quote, Jeff explained everything very well and was able to fit me into a very busy schedule and get the work done by the next day. Gave me all of my options and kept me updated as they worked. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Real honest, reliable and best of all no baloney automotive solution. Had a Audi problem.which no shop wanted to touch. Spent alot of time on my vechile and told me everything done on his end.
