Ive never had a bad experience until Feb 3, 2017.. I turned my envelope over to them for delivery regular mail, a regular small letter size envelope with a payment made to a service. AND guess what, its now April 14, 2017. IT Never got to that facililty I sent it to. I have verified over the phone daily, still nothing received. WHERE THE HELL IS MY MAIL? IF YOU TAKE IT FROM MY HAND, YOURE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS DELIVERY REGARDLESS!!!!!! I dont believe it was ever mailed out from there. I think the clerk took it and set it down someplace in the store and its still sitting there..NOTHING EVER RETURNED IN THE MAIL TO MY ADDRESS EITHER......i went in to the store and spoke to (name unknown) and she says you cant blame her or the mail carrier, "it just happens". but - once the mail is out of my hands, its in their hands, it is their responsibility for any mail lost or what not. She didnt want to do anything for me. I personally handed it over to the store clerk if not the mail carrier that day, and nobody knows anything nor will they help me. Im very shocked at their attitudes on this and I personally wont be dealing with them anymore. If anytime you need to make sure a letter or payment reaches your destination, TAKE IT TO THE ACTUAL POST OFFICE, DROP IT IN THE MAILBOX or with the person working in the actual US POST OFFICE...if you have to - MAIL IT CERTIFIED WITH A RETURN RECEIPT - sure it costs money to do that but its definitely worth it if they need to receive the letter or package. LESSON LEARNED. now its costing me $15 additional on top of what my payment was and its a SUPER INCONVENIENT for all this. The lady is nice but shes not all. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BETTER OFF AT THE ORIGINAL POST OFFICE..AND CERTIFIED MAIL WITH RETURN RECEIPT IF ANYTHING! THATS PROOF NEEDED. COVER YOUR OWNSELF. TRUST ME. disappointed in their service. "D"

I rented a PO box for a year and was amazed by there incredible customer service. Becky and her staff far exceeded my expectations. They made me feel like I was one of the family as soon as I walked in the door. Reminds me of the TV show Cheers, I always feel like Norm. They cheerfully say my name before I can even get fully through the door. One day I needed to send a package and only had my debit card, it was only for a few dollars, so instead of making me go get cash they just put an IOU in my mailbox, amazing. Unfortunately, I had to move and had to close my PO box at Postal Authority. Its been about 4 months since I have used them. I had been waiting on extremely important letters. Unfortunately my lawyer sent in a change of address that was never received. All the letters I was expecting were sent to the Postal Authority. I called Becky and she stated that they dont forward mail but they either shred it or send it back to the sender. I was horrified after over two years of waiting for this mail it was now missing. Luckily just a few hours later Becky called to say that a letter had just came in for me. I was obviously very relieved and the next day I headed to Wesley Chapel. Even after 4 months as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted like I had never left. I wish I could take them with me, they will exceed your expectations. They were life savers for me. Its just what they do.

Will never use them again for shipping needs or recommend them. I have shipped several packages to my son in the Army stationed in Germany using Going Postal in Zephyrhills. The packages typically arrived with in 7 to 10 days. I stopped at Postal Authority on April 11th and bought a box went home packed it amd returned about 130pm. Sent the package I thought the only way it can go by USPS. After 3 weeks I called and they said they dont know and can not tell me anything. The USPS tracking site says it left New Jersey on 4/18, 8 days after I shipped it, normally it would have been to him in this time. Here it is May 10th, 1 month later and still nothing, same info on tracking site. So angry and all they at postal authority say is we have no control over it once it leaves our store. Will never use them again and advise anyone else to stay away!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who made sure that the package went out with the best available service. They packed the product for me and it went out quickly. Much better than shipping from the post office. The associates here are more engaged in helping and customer service instead of the basic answers I get from the post office and it ended up saving me money money! The girl asked how big was what I was shipping and suggested another method, which saved me a few bucks. Very happy with the service.

They are 25% more than the post office and an outrageous amount for packing peanuts. An item that the post office charges 39.75 for wound up costing over 80.00. The box was an additional 9.75 and $20 for 5 small buckets of peanuts. Will never use again. They didnt even bubble wrap item before putting in box.
