Yes, the worst post office EVER! I had a package delivered from Canada. A very valuable piece of heavy amour. It was worn by a Knight who was passing it down for use in some important jousts in some renaissance festivals. I was watching the tracking and finally it arrives in Zhills. I knew the day of delivery, so was home all day. It never showed up. I called the post office and they said it was sent back to Tampa. WHAT!? and WHY?! She had no idea. She would call Tampa and get it sent back. I went to the post office and spoke to the Postmaster who is the most indescribable human being I have ever met. When I was in line, he was asking customers if they needed help. I said, yes, I am here because you lost a very valuable package. He then pointed for me to come into a glass room, took the information, went away and came back and said, we dont have your package. WHAT!? and WHY!? He could give me no information but would investigate. I got heated and said, I am not leaving until I get an answer. He then threatened to call the police. WHAT!? and WHY?! Coward. I could not afford to get this piece of amour lost. So, I went home, told my boyfriend and he went down to the place. Not a good thing for that to happen. The police were called and he was BANNED from the post office. All he did was raise his voice, probably higher than mine. So, the postmaster tells me that they sent postal workers to addresses that were similar to mine to see if they could find the package delivered to a wrong address. WHAT!? and WHY!? Yes, the most idiotic person I ever met. MORONS is correct and disrespectful is another word to use for this man, a man in charge and working customer service. Yes, I would too, put a negative rating if available. Anyway, I went home, looked up the postal website, looked at the tracking and it was in Zhills according to the tracking, but they dont have it. . I found a place on the website to call and file a complaint. I did just that. The complaint form says, they will resolve your issue in 24 hours. Hmmm, it was a few days and still not resolved, lets see if this works. So, I finished the complaint. Lo and behold, the next day, I get a call from the Postmaster. They had my package. Really?! I had to go through all that to get my package and you had it the whole time!!!!! Every curse word in the book was used over the three days I had to deal with this crap! Now I swear I would never go in this place again until yesterday and it has been YEARS! I had to send something to a friend in Denmark. I spent over one hour in there trying to get this freaking package out. First off someone gave me a priority box and it did not fit the contents so I had to dis assemble the box it was in, stuff the contents in this box and the box it came in. She gave me a customs form, I filled it out. I went to the front of the line again and it was $66 to mail it. I asked for the cheapest way possible. They said if I changed the box, it would be $29. Okay, so what box do I change it to. It was a free box. But the box to change it to, I had to pay for as well as the tape. Okay another $5. I get to the counter and the wrong form is filled out, the one I was given, so I had to get out of line again and fill it out and get back to the front of the line. They kept taking people ahead of me. I was angry at this point and ready to become confrontational, but the people were such ZOMBIES, it was useless. I expressed my discontent and they still were lifeless. Is life that bad. You make a BUTTload of money adn have a buttload of benefits, why in the world would you be so unhappy. Make your job pleasant by talking to people! I am a hospitality worker and work with tough people all the time. Not all are, but if you just change your attitude it turns in to a good experience. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO TH IS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will use the UPS store like I have even if it cost more to send things through US Mail through them. They are courteous, polite, engaging and helpful.

I order items off of Amazon A LOT!!! And I usually get my packages. Until I recently filed a complaint over them throwing my package over the fence, soaking everything inside. Now magically I have issues getting my packages and now have to sign for them when I never had to do that before. Ive ordered over $1,000 worth of stuff in the last 3 months and I wasnt required to sign for any of one my packages. I was home all day for about 4 days over the Christmas Holiday and the Zephyrhills post office is saying they tried delivering a package 2 days in a row (thats what the slip said anyway cuz I cant get a hold of ANYone). 1.) They did NOT knock on the door. 2.) Ive NEVER had to sign for a package without selecting that option. 3.) The item they "tried" delivering is a freaking thermal cup!!! Why am I signing for a cup? I cant get through to the post office by phone because it NEVER rings. Its ALWAYS busy. So I called an 800 number and filed a complaint for the second time. Filing a complaint for the first incident didnt do anything but get me 3 very unprofessional voicemails stating that the package was not thrown over my fence. Nothing was resolved, go figure. Driving to the post office to get my package is a HUGE inconvenience since I work during their business hours. I cant find out how many days they hold packages for because AGAIN I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. This is just RIDICULOUS!! I just want my package. Even though its a cup, its the principle and about customer service. How hard is it to deliver mail ?!?! WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! This will be my second time dealing with them and this will be my last. The first time I went to the post office they were out of stamps!!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!

I wish I could add a negative star rating. This is the worse possible post office I have ever dealt with. They are not only rude but incompetent. I have mail missing on a regular basis and now they tell me they will only deliver mail to my box if it has my name on it unless I give them a list of everyone living in my home or who may stay long enough to get a letter. Cost me $150 to reinstate drivers license as they didnt deliver 3 renewals from insurance I pay annually or the letter from the DMV. Finally delivered the one that was certified informing me I was suspended and had to pay $150 to reinstate. Paid 4 late fees in 6 weeks as bills never came or the 2 that arrived after the due date. These people are a joke and they wonder why the post office is nearing bankruptcy. Scary part is they claim I have the best carrier in the area. Dear Lord how bad are the rest? Come on - $25 an hour to drive around in a company provided vehicle, with company provided fuel. open boxes and slide letters in should at least give you some reason to want to do it correctly. All my bills and anything else I can possibly arrange now come email and all packages now come to my office. When I purchase online I pay extra or request UPS or Fed ex. And again, they wonder why they cant financially support their own department. They run it like nazis.
