Do not come here, avoid this place at all costs. If you have the money, just buy a color printer. I promise that is less of a pain in the ass. If not, find a friend or family member who does or just go to the library and use their printer. I wish I could give negative stars, and that 5 star review is straight bull. I have never in my life experienced a larger demonstration of ineptitude and imbecility. After three trips in one day with three separate USB drives (two of which worked perfectly well at a Washington D.C. kinkos) and three usb reading failures, I left without the single jpeg file I wished to print. I attempted to connect to the print and go kiosks via google drive at which point all of my files were viewed as corrupted. I then went through the employees asking if they could help, each of which did not even start to help but instead stood in the same place and drooled on with some incoherent mumbling about computer incompatibility (I was not yet using the computers). They then advised me to use the computers which I did, only to spend half of an hour accomplishing nothing. They purposely use slower internet to force you to stay on the computers longer (its $0.35/min), the usb readers (all 5 of them) on the miserably old computer all failed to work, and the versions of firefox and internet explorer were too outdated to even open google drive.

A HORRIBLE Experience. First, four employees stood around talking to each other for 7 mins until I interrupted them. Then all four glared at me like, "how dare you ask us to help you". Then they Shipped my package back to me! And when I brought it back to them to re-ship, two women acted like I had done something wrong rather than just help correct their mistake. When I looked for a manager to help, he behaved (and modeled) the exact same behavior. Its like they hate you for being there. Run to any other FedEx or UPS which is 1/2 mile away!

Just dont give them your business. I knew someone who worked at this location, and witnessed how they handle packages.. they dont care how fragile it may be, as employees have basketball shot competitions with the bins in the back.

First person turned me over to a person named Curtis to help another customer. After Curtis decided he could help three other customers while working with me, I walked out. Office Depot is just down the street.

If your trying to do anything other than shipping find another kinkos! Ive been 2 days in a row for 2 different project and both times they failed miserably :( . The staff is untrained and I will not be back.

Salesperson (Jay) was very helpful with printing/binding but products are very expensive. 5 stars for Jay, 3 stars for store. Severely understaffed at peak hours.
