My first experience with this company was very poor. At 7:30AM I put my order in to be picked up in Sandy Springs by 9:30AM and delivered to me in Buckhead by 12PM. When I did a quick quote the day before it was going to run about $9, then when I put the order in, it went to $14, and now its $19.00! To top it all off, it was late! They didnt pick up the package until 11:00 AM and want to blame the traffic for the reason its late?! I could have sent it fedex for cheaper! For a courier service in Atlanta, they should know that the traffic is going to be horrible and should plan to handle it. Everyone in Atlanta knows that you cant get from Ansley Park to Sandy Springs to Buckhead in under an hour. Ill never be using this company again and I recommend that you dont either.

The driver was supposed to pick up a food order at 11:30 am to be delivered to our company at 12 pm. In the notes it said to go to the side door to bypass the line. The driver only arrived at the restaurant at 12 and stood in line for 20 minutes instead of going to the side door. He ended up delivering this order at 1:15. This was for a new business pitch so, potential new clients. It was over an hour late. They were terrible and we will NEVER use them again!!!

Our small attorneys office has used this companys services over ten years. Have never had a problem that could not be solved, and have found them to be very responsive to phone calls and emails. I usually order online, and get an email right back acknowledging the Order. When the item is delivered, I also get an email indicating same. Quick and reliable is how I have found this company to be. I definitely would recommend them.

I have used this company 14 times and cannot say anything positive about it. very unorganized, poor website support (you cannot see from the website what pickups you have scheduled only past orders), you can only schedule pickups a few weeks in advance, and on 2 occasions I had hot food picked up ( orders over $350) and it was not delivered for 2 hours. I would choose ANY other delivery service over AQuickDelivery

Overall performance could not get any better, your the best. Kathy in your office that takes our order is Great on the phone and a pleasure to talk with (everyone is good on the phone) you can hear her smile. Keep up the good work.
