Ive been here numerous times and have found the service to be average to average plus. The store has good inventory, sales personnel know the layout well, and the computer guys know what theyre talking about. (It helps to know a little "Geek Speak," but they do a decent job of interpreting into English.) One time I needed to buy a new computer for my elderly mother. I explained how she uses it (mainly for email and a little word processing), and they made a good recommendation that has turned out well. Another time I needed to upgrade my own computer and they assessed my needs, asked appropriate questions, pointed me in the right direction, and installed all the necessary software. I took it home and it was just "plug and play." Very helpful.

I feel very sorry for the store manager at this location. The guys working at the front area are useless, have attitude and are REALLY RUDE. One cashier worker raised his voice and wagged his finger at some old lady who didnt have her member number for points on a purchase. Sad and pathetic. Office Depot; you need to get this store fixed.

Office Depot is usually a great place to shop. This particular location has a very poor customer service standard, the manager was very rude to me when I asked to speak with him. He tried to talk to me from 20 ft away! Anybody in retail knows what customer service is, except for this old guy.

This is the worst office depot Ive ever been to. They did a crappy print and cut job on my business cards and was still charged for it. I was not given the proper alternatives for a business card layout. I wasnt a good experience and I did not feel like I received the right customer care.

Waited 10 minutes in line to checkout while 2 people stood in print chatting. I dont expect service, I just want to checkout and they couldnt deliver that.
