Horrible service!! and VERY rude Back in mid April, I shipped a rug from ATL to BOS. It was supposed to arrive 4-5 days later. Well it never shipped on time. It actually shipped on the date it was supposed to arrive. Not including packaging, the cost was over $150.00 I called the store and after speaking to the manager, he indicated that he would file a claim so that I could get my money back. A claim was filed and supposedly a check was mailed to my house. Well, I never received it in the timeframe indicated, he then said he would call UPS. According to him he did. Requested the check be stopped and mailed the UPS store and I could pick it up. Its now 2 months later and still no refund. Calls arent returned and when I asked for the owners name, Im told its Mr. Silver and hes out of the country. The best part is 2 months later when Raj tells me that it wasnt UPS, but DHL and that I signed for it to be shipped DHL. He gives me an 800 number to call and a tracking number and TELLS me that I signed for it to be shipped DHL. I told him I never signed for it to be shipped DHL. He tells me that is what I signed for. Well guess what, he realizes its not my package that hes been arguing over and when I tell him he should apologize, he does, not a sincere one, but an apology. I said that I would not ship any packages from that UPS store ever again. And he says Thats fine. WOW! UPS - Not your finest representation!

This probably was the worst ever experience I have ever had in the states. On December 17th, I shipped my Chinese ID card back to China. The staff helped me choose USPS and guaranteed it would be delivered within 10 business days, which means it should be no later than December 31 2016. Up till today (January 9 2017), the package still hasnt been delivered. I understood USPS was the carrier. However, the point is I mailed it through UPS and paid for $50 for that. When I called in today, the staff refused to help me and kept interrupted me and yelling at me that he didnt know anything about the package and he had nothing to do with it at all. I was wondering if he had a number that I could call USPS or email address I can file a claim but he wasnt willing to help. I then googled by myself and found out a website that I can request a search for my package. I am curious if you guys cannot deal with USPS, provide decent post-purchase customer service and represent my interests, Why in the world did UPS staff recommend this option to me in the first place and make money out of it??? It surprised me how rude people can be once you made the purchase. Before this incidence, I have spent over $800 on this store just for shipping. But after this one, I will NEVER go back. Horrible service. The staff dont care about the customers and are disrespectful. I will keep investigating and make a formal complaint to UPS against this store.

Good god! Yet another crap UPS Store that needs their franchise license revoked. This store was unable to provide connectivity to print a label because their Internet was "broken" yet they were still connected to sell full retail price labels on the other side of the counter. Then to add insult to injury, they sent me to a nearby authorized UPS location that closed an hour earlier. Complete idiots. And Im reading another review that says I would have paid $2 for printing that label anyway? Youve got to be f-ing kidding me! This store also violates its own franchise agreement with UPS which points that all UPS Store franchise locations should stock appropriate shipping supplies...to include express boxes, envelopes, paks, and tubes. This UPS Store forces people to overpay for brown boxes that would otherwise be free of charge when shipping overnight.

Best UPS I have been to. I have been here several times in the past year, both on business and personal errands. The staff here, including the latest new hires, is friendly and just willing to get things done. On a few occasions, I had some large poster print jobs (took several hours) that needed to be done in a quick turnaround time. Jhon went above and beyond to make sure the posters were printed correctly and within time. He even stayed behind on some evenings after the stores closing hours to make sure the prints were done and waited for me to come back and pick them up. This is A++ customer service. They truly demonstrate the meaning of how you make the customers needs your responsibility.

WARNING...DO NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGES HERE!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I dropped 3 packages off at this location on Saturday, January 24th. One was a UPS package and the other two were USPS packages. The UPS package has arrived at its destination, the two USPS packages are no where to be found. When I called the location to speak with the manager he advised that "I should not have left my USPS packages with their location" and that they only "take them in to do me a favor". I will never visit this location for any shipping/mailing services again and I strongly suggest that you consider where you are shipping your packages from as well.

Can I rate below a One star? Then I would do it for this place. The lady there (dont remember her name) is very rude. She screwed up and would not admit it. I escalated to the Owner and he was worse. Seems like these folks should be in the ghetto; not in a nicer neighborhood like Dunwoody. I decided to take my business to another location...although I have to drive an extra 3 miles to another UPS, it is worth it. I make an effort to tell my experience to friends in the neighborhood.

The UPS Store is a great alternative to your local Post Office in that you can ship either UPS or USPS. If you just want to drop off some letters to mail, great. If you have a package and you want to compare UPS rates with Priority Mail, great. Another service that is well worth the money is if you have to ship framed art or photographs. They will package your frame(s) for you, and safe arrival is guaranteed. I enjoy the staff at this location, and look forward to returning.

Saturday hour says open til 4, they were gone at 3:15 (or maybe much earlier)... I had a time sensitive shipment and this was just unethical and selfish for them to close and leave early, another customer also arrived and was really ticked off... unacceprable for a national chain to operate like this! They are not scoring too well, looks like from other reviews, even when they keep the doors open!....

UPDATE - the manager raised price of having deliveries done here. Gouging not appreciated. ORIGINAL - not perfect, but good. Agree with both sides - but theyve been really good to me for both inbound packages (esp. wine) and outbound (Amazon returns). I would use them more if UPS letter wasnt so expensive, but thats the nature of the beast.

Night driver rang ONCE when at house, then hung up and left msg that we must pick pkg up next biz day! Driver obviously had no intention to deliver pkg since leaving our house immediately was his/ her intention. Then we had to drive to ups store to get pkg with 2 day delay. ... We paid for pure laziness; plain and simple.
