Got a automated call from FedEx on Friday saying that my package would be delivered on Saturday between 12:00 noon and 1:30 pm.. I thought to myself how awesome is it that I would get a call from FedEx with a delivery time.. I opened my front door at 11:00 am Saturday morning to find a note from FedEx saying a delivery attempt was made at 8:51 am.. Really FedEx!!! And did you even knock? I have two tiny house dogs and if they hear the smallest sound they will bark like crazy!! So Im sure no one knocked.. I called the 4400 International Pkwy location in Atlanta to speak with a manager, someone in India answered. I was told that FexEx will try to make a second attempt to deliver my package before 8:00 pm tonight.. So Ill just sit around the house wasting my precious time waiting on FedEx and Im sure that no one from FedEx will be making a second trip for delivery today.. Apparently the people that work for FedEx dont have a manager or supervisor because they seem to go against the grain not to mention all calls go to India.. THIS IS SOME BULL S#!%!!! If anyone knows of a number in the USA that I can reach a manager or supervisor at the 4400 International Pkwy location please post it to this page.. FedEx just making money and the hell with the service.. Grrrrr!

We live in Palmetto, and for the past two weeks, all packages are either delivered after 8pm if at all. The last package was sent 2-day through Amazon and showed up 3 days late... We live in a neighborhood with the home numbers on every house and the mailbox (pretty obvious).. The driver stated he "couldnt find the house number." Pretty sure he just didnt want to make the drive out here. Another was a blue apron delivery we had to send back because it was 2 days late... The ice packs melted before it reached us... We sent it back with UPS... We are going to start requesting UPS or the postal service. FedEx isnt the issue, but I am tired of whatever driver they have delivering our area.

Surprisingly good experience. The driver could not leave my package at a residence because a signature was needed. I didnt want to have it sitting outside all day either. I arranged a pickup at a local facility for the next day. They then told me I could come to the main facility if I wanted to pick it up sooner. Im impatient so I made the drive (about 20 miles). I went in, showed ID and gave the tracking #. Five minutes later I was on my way with the package. Went a lot smoother than I had expected and the reps were very helpful in setting things up and giving me the info I needed. I wish it were like that every time.

No customer service!!! Dont care whether or not if its their driver fault, package dont arrive when they say it will. No one even trys to resolve your matter. Instead you are referred to the 1-800 # dont give a f@$&.... Non english speaking people, who cant help you at all. So you sit and wait....wait...wait.. maybe it will come next week. Thanks a lot fed ex, I now have to reschedule my closing for my home!!!

Had to drive to Atlanta because they claimed the PAID delivery window window was inconvenient to them. Service was rude and nonpersonalable, especially for the situation. Would recommend using another carrier if possible, only reason for two stars is due to items arriving in one piece, and actually being overnight service.

Paid for Saturday delivery and did not receive my package. Got a notification after the facility was closed the package was not being delivered. Call customer support and kept getting support in Mexico. They were no help at all.

Worst service by far, not a good way to make a first impression im never using fed ex again and amazon will receive a complaint for dealing with you people.

Customer service was the worst. Spent about 20 minutes waiting with two other customers meanwhile we could here the employees chat loudly in the next room.

The worst place ever they dont deliver if you live in an apartment. The driver will not attempt to go through gates just will turn around.
