First Package was open - stuff missing . then another delivery was left in another box from a clothes company. Which was not retrievable. This place is so messed up. The main woman in lobby always charges a person more to ship things than it normally takes or from the others that work there. Cant stand working with her. Also paid big money to ship a very important letter overnight to a bank in Florida. The first try there was never delivered. Had to do again. They refused to refund anything even thought I had the receipt. Paid again for overnight shipping Bank still didnt get it for over a week. Why waste monies at the worst post office on the planet.

Im sorry others seem to have unhappy experiences there - and I dont quite understand it - because I have had uniformly positive ones. Ive lived here for 40 years, and the service has progressively improved over the years, to the point where this is my branch of choice. The clerks are always polite, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Its a little slow at peak times, but thats not their fault - I frankly dont know how they keep their cool sometimes. Latest experience: I submitted my passport renewal this week, and Paul, the clerk on duty, was courteous, cheerful, and full of helpful suggestions. And thats usually the same with all the clerks.

I seem to get a new mail carrier all the time. I told one that I was getting other peoples mail and he said, "We dont care." So I have to redeliver up my street. Ive had my mail arrive opened, mail with new bank cards or credit cards. No other types of mail have been affected. My name is posted on my box with large print saying, "xxxxxx Mail only please." Yet i still regularly get mail from previous tenants, and other neighbors magazines and such. Only the regular mail carrier ever gets it right. The freckled one. Im starting to think the problem doesnt lie with the people on the ground but with their managers.

Unfortunately I have to give them a star. My package was missed delivered and instead of apologizing they wanted to fight with me about If I have a screen door or not and tell me ether way Im s.o.l. Lady named Karen works the phone and I do not understand how she has a job. Very rude. If you call on a Friday and ask for a manager shell tell ya the manager comes in on Monday then when you call her on Monday she doesnt know where the managers at! Not to mention when you tell Karen her attitude isnt appreciated shell just hang up on you! Hate that I dont have a option to switch companies

People who give this place 5 stars must not have gone during lunch hour. I go there normally at lunch hour, noon to one, to mail off items for work and sometimes personal packages. The female worker is usually rude and short with you. Probably because shes the only one working out of three registers. She denied my package label and box, I was confused, she pretty much said the same thing over and over again. Since there was a long line behind me, I gave up and went to FedEx where I was in and out in seconds and the people were friendly and actually smiled at me.

Compliance with rigid, inexplicable, bureaucratic minutia is far more important to the Miamisburg Postal staff than is good customer service. Every sentence is uttered with a deadpan negative. "No, that wont work." "We dont do it that way." "You cant use this envelop." "You cant use that box." Although I dont like that the U.S. Postal Service gives really bad customer service, UPS does! Off to the UPS store to mail my items....

If they had less than 1 star I would give it. They have returned my mail ,bills, checks even new credit cards so they have put me in some very bad situations . I have received other peoples mail that I know is important. I could go on and on . This has been going on for a long time. The only wod to explain the service is incompetent . Im sure there are some good people there..My only request is just do your job !

I called simply to ask if a package that was sitting at this location could be picked up by me instead of delivered because I was not going to be home and the mans response (without even asking for a tracking number or anything) was simply "no, it will be delivered tomorrow. I have a thousand packages and we dont have the man power to go through and look for just one". Really awful customer service. Horrible.

I called the national number to file a claim for a missing package and the miamisburg post office called me within 2 hours to confirm the case and that they were having a courier check for the package. An hour later my package was found a delivered to the correct address. I wish the Beavercreek post office was this efficient.

Mail carrier just dropped off my mail, well I should say the redplum junk mail for all of the homes for sale on my street. Not one of these is my address so I dont know if I actually got my mail today. When I attempt to call them, I get a busy tone.

Shut the door on us to prevent us being able to post internationally as it "takes too long" to process international mail, despite us already being in the building. Very rude, require some customer service training or just manners for that matter.

Terrible. Missing mail. Have had at least 5 instances in the past 3 months of not even receiving things that were mailed from family members! Unreal! Never had so much problems. Lived in Springboro previously and never had any issues.

Keep loosing my mail, dont pick up incorrectly delivered mail, wont carry packages with them and leave in the truck only to be delayed by hours, phone always busy. Complete JOKE!
