There seems to be a disconnect from Kim and Ken on customer service and solid sales techniques. Anytime I have something go wrong, they NEVER assume responsibility or any ownership in the problem and they frequently treat me as if Im a hassle they would rather not see in the store, every time I request for the system to notify me by email when a package is delivered, the request is treated like "too much of a hassle " but their phone calls are usually a day late, or not at all. Last time it was two days after the package was delivered. and if there was a shipping snafu, there response is, oh well. A little pizaz and smiling faces and hey check out this new box we got, just some effort would be nice. I had two packages this week, they never called me for either one...

Ive been to this store a few different times. They dont have a computer you can use to print labels like some ups stores do. Overall their employees havent been very helpful or polite at the times Ive been in.

Wouldnt take a box being shipped USPS. No help at all.
