This is an AWFUL PLACE TO WORK. First off they DONT DRUG test you. And they hire people with criminal records. Please do not work here its awful they dont give you a break unless you work full time. Its HOT in the summer which means attitudes are through the roof. A manager was punched in the face, employees smoke weed in the parking lot (I dont mind the weed) but thats not something you do at work. You get talked to any kind of way by the managers they will curse you out etc. My former manager was very hateful towards me. I needed to get my password from him in order to apply to new positions within the company. Then he would get pissed off at me for asking. I didnt get my password until I got a new manager. These people do not value education whatsoever. I told them I had a college degree & they offered me 56 cent raise totaling my pay to 11.72 an hour to work terrible hours. There was a FIGHT in the parking lot no 1 in upper management was informed about it so nobody got fired. The guy came to work the next day and his eye was all red I felt really bad for him. I actually still have that fight on video. Somebody tried to break into my locker to steal my keys when I got a new car so I could no longer use a locker because the dail on my masterlock was so messed up that it wouldnt even turn. I stayed here for the tuition reimbursement and to do my internship although I wouldnt recommend that either. But I graduated & shortly afterwards I happily got fired/quit on purpose because I felt like I was over worked,tired of getting cussed out, and talked to/treated any kind of way. They will work you like machine, if youre moving too slow theyd rather yell at you then try to send someone to help you. Theres some other horrendous things that happened but I dont feel like typing all that out. Also this is a warehouse so when its hot its HOT. It gets very hot inside of the trailers. If you read what the other local guide said about it being "not a good place to work" PLEASE BELIEVE HIM.

If I could give this less than a star, I surely would. When your Facebook page for this location will not even load anymore because they have received so many poor reviews, you know something is wrong. Whoever decided to make this location a FedEx SmartPost should resign or be terminated immediately, along with everyone working at this facility. I ordered a product online with NEXT DAY SHIPPING on February 2nd...it is now February 6th and I still have not received my package. It says on the tracking information that my package will arrive on February 8th by the end of the day. Needless to say if one of my packages ever winds up at this location again I will be boycotting FedEx completely. It is absolutely ridiculous to think that my package is an hour away from me, and the lazy ass employees cannot seem to do their jobs for even 1 day out of the week. My package has been sitting at this same location since February 3rd..so for 3 days my package has been an hour and half away from me, and this facility has done absolutely nothing with it. Thanks a lot. I really dont know how places like this are able to exist in this day and age.

I do not like to complain at all to businesses because I cant stand getting people in trouble when I dont know what or why a reason is. But this is not good service people are using Im sorry fed ex but you are messing with peoples hard earned money and its not fair! I ordered a not so cheap item and apparently when you get free shipping some people are starting to use this to save money (so I read) my package says the information has been sent to my post office on1/14 its the 17 the and nothing in the mail now fed ex delayed it one day and they said it should be here tomorrow so I am hoping it does! Ive been waiting well over a week now and its still just traveling 3 hours from my house!!??? On the 14th heck if I would have drove the 3 hours myself Id I knew it was going to be such a hassle ...so please fedex stop this its not a good service at all at least not for customers honestly I wont order off line anymore unless I know for a fact its not smartpost!! Sorry but just not right!!

I did not realize my seller used this service. I have been waiting 5 days for the "delivery date" and the day of that date, FedEx changed the scheduled delivery date to 2 days later. Initially it took the small package 5 days to get delivered to my state (according to google maps, it is a 10hour drive to the other state it came from)...then I saw the delivery date change in the tracker...i checked on the place where it is at and figured out it was over 1 hour away from me(thanks Googlemaps)...I contacted FedEx and they informed me that will get transferred to USPS...So my question is...why does it take 2 days to deliever to me, which I am 1 hour away? This is the worse service I have ever encountered. DHL is a better solution than this service....
