I am appalled by the service of this UPS Store. I came in with a box 6x4x4 needing to ship. I did not have my boxed taped up, so i asked the store owner for some tape--maybe three strips at most. He said he charges a dollar for tape. For a few pieces of tape, a dollar is expensive so I questioned "a dollar"? he went on telling me about how his landlord charges him $3000 a month and that he charges for tape to get an income. His personal life is not the business I came for. then he scuffed in a rude and derogative manner. If he wasnt trying to drive out his customer, the only choices i had were to buy a roll of his tape in the store or pay the the dollar. But I have USPS and FedEx down the street so I left the store because it doesnt seem like he was interest in doing business or he was ready to eat lunch. I decided to go to USPS, and they were happy to wrap my box several times with their Express Mail tape. I think UPS Next Day would have earned him the $30 I spent for Express Mail, and probably profiting him more than a dollar. Thanks for your business and you will not have the inconvenience of serving anyone I know...in other words, we will not come to you. P.S. A wise business owner would not have to sell strips of tape.... I gave him 1/3 because Ive had better shipping experience there.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. This "owner" tom was so lucky I was having a good day because had I been in a bad mood, he and I wouldve had it out. First of all I went in this store to return some books I rented. I have the slightest idea about packaging and shipping so I was hoping the wonderful employees UPS would be willing to assist me. That didnt quite happen. The "owner was the only person there. He looked at me and my boyfriend like we were scum upon entering the store. I had to approach him for help which was not a good idea. Tom just had this very stank look on his face the whole time my bf and I was there and talking down to me like a child and as if I was suppose to know how to do his job. I thought he was racist for a minute because I just couldnt see anything else that me and my boyfriend did to him to make him talk to us the way he did. Seriously Tom, you need to get over your daddy issues because your hurting the UPS business.

Very rude, ignorant owner with terrible customer service and the worst communication skills. He speaks to you as if youre inferior. He implies your stupid as he communicates to you and feels he can be a complete ass hole as he states "I dont have to service you, and I dont work for UPS so if you dont like it, go somewhere else." He is rude and argued with myself and another customer continuously as o told him he had terrible customer service and that he must be the same ass hole that everyone else was complaining about st this location. I ended up leaving and taking my package elsewhere. I was completely appalled! I say dont support his location. Go somewhere where your business is appreciated. Though he "doesnt work for UPS" its the very people in this community hes being rude to that allow him to get a paycheck.

Yesterday I enter this store and was greeted very rudely by the Owner, Tom. I was shipping AT&T Uverse equipment back but my wife did not send the return form although I had the acct#. He was disturbed by this and his emotions showed. After asking him to calm down he began to speak as though I was inferior to him so I asked for his name to report his customer service skills or lack there of!!! He placed the equipment back in my box and refused to assist me. Ofcourse my personality came out and some viscious words were exchanged back and forth but at the end of the day I am happy that I did not waste .01 on his business and I will do everything within my power to make sure my family and friends boycott this poor excuse of a business!!! This UPS Store, Sux!!!!!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was rude and was actually sitting at the desk with his head down on his arms taking a nap when I walked in. Would not help me tape up the packages, and when I asked he got an attitude and pointed to his "store policy" stating he was not required to do that (even though every other location I have gone to has). Would not give me a receipt stating that he scanned in my packages. I highly recommend going to ANY other location, drive out of your way if you have to. Awful experience!

The owner Tom at this location is very rude. Im surprised this store has not shut down by now. UPS, this is one store you should write him off of your services provider list. The UPS badge he wears defames the company. I dread every time I go up there to drop packages off. The way he treates me, and seems like everyone else who has been there, is awful. What goes around comes around. When youre rude to your customers, dont expect to profit from that. I hope he is in debt and this store shuts down. Sorry im very upset when writing this review.

If we as a community didnt patronize this business it would cease to exist. Reviews are correct. The store owner has one of the rudest and sour demeanor Ive ever seen. You are made to feel as a nuisance for entering this establishment. We can ask why he chooses to have a business geared towards customer service, however the real question is why people continue to subject themselves to this deplorable service and give hard earned money to someone who doesnt appreciate it.

I was in the store for about 1 minute and my experience was enough to convince me to write a google review, which I NEVER take the time to do! The only words out of the employees mouth were to chew me out for bringing my packages in the front door with a buggy. He said, "the last guy to do that broke the door hinge and had to pay $415.00 to get it fixed." I understand the need to protect your property, but for your fathers sake, learn what it means to be amicable!

I walked in to inquire about P.O Box set up. The guy, Im assuming the owner, did not even stand up to greet me. He just looked at me like "what do you want?" I asked him questions and he told me answers very bluntly and broke down the math of the PO Box like I was a child, inferior to him. He didnt smile, say thank you, nothing. Horrible customer service skills. I def wont be doing business there JUST because of that.

I havent even had the opportunity to go into the store to know that the customer service sucks. I called to ask a few questions about the notary service and Tom was super rude and hung up on me before I could ask the next question. I called back to let Tom know that I needed to ask another question and he acted as if I was bothering him. Needless to say they will never get my money or anyone else I know.
