Just as a warning, do not go to this UPS location if you want something printed. They use hotel computing systems and you have to input your card number and do it yourself. I had a large document and it took forever for it to even load, and the computer was charging me for usage the whole time! It kept saying it needed to "flatten" my document and I needed to know what that meant and if I could continue printing. When I looked around for an employee (who had previously been mostly friendly), I could not find them. They were both in the back room and were not available. I had no choice but to cancel my print job and leave because there was no one to help me. The kicker is, after I left, I found a $25 charge on my bank account! I had to re-enter the store and found that they charge a $25 hold on your card to even use the computer to print something. I didnt even want to do it myself or use their computer, I just wanted my document printed! Upon calling customer service, I found that the $25 hold will be removed....in 3-5 business days. So in short, if you want something printed here, be prepared to do it yourself with no help from the employees, and be prepared to have $25 taken out of your account for a few days for just using the computer. I know other UPS locations do NOT do this and I cant for the life of me figure out why this store would do this. We will absolutely not be back to this location.

I stopped by today (25.10.2012) at 1pm and this place was packed, there were about 15 customers in line and only one guy in the store working. The line probably was much longer at noon. This UPS store needs to have more staff to handle the business. This place lost my business, making customers wait for 30+ minutes is poor service. I also noticed a sign posted, stating if you drop off a package you will be charged a $1 re-taping fee. This is ridiculous, other stores do not charge fees for dropping off a pre-labeled package. There is another UPS store close by, it is at 5656 Jonesboro Road in the shopping centre where Kroger is in Morrow, right by Clayton State University. I went here instead and there was no wait and they do not charge fees for mailing packages either.

Was about to go to a UPS store on Mt. Zion but read a post to NOT go there but to come to the one on Jonesboro Rd. In the Kroger plaza close to Clayton State. Boy was that a mistake. The guy Tom had such a nasty attitude that I had to ask was he ok or was he having a bad day. I wasnt being a pest ir asking for unreasonable things to get the type attitude this guy was giving. I asked if he charged for taping & he said "yeah" I was confused by this b/c according to the reference they didnt. So I asked "How much" he said again with that nasty attitude "Well how much tape do u want". Oh did I mention that my small business card box that I was having shipped was on the scale??? I could go on but btm line yhis Tom dude was RUDE & the sad part... Hes the owner.

I walked into a two person line which became 4 ppl. There was one staff member in the front taking care of a customer and very obvious there was someone in the back. The 5th person, just on the scene walks up and begins asking questions about picking up her mail. Then the 2nd person comes out after she inquires if there is anyone else here. Guess who gets served first. The fifth person! No acknowledgement about waiting customers at all. Im miffed. I asked myself who I was annoyed with the most? This is what I get for being patient, orderly and considerate. Not One word from the staff At All. At the end she says, Have a good day. I looked at her and walked out. This was not a pleasant experience At All.

Had used another notary here before with no problems but last time the lady involved wanted to read my documents and refused to notarize my oath (in English) because she wanted me to translate the court papers in Spanish. So, if you have sensitive documents, or you are dealing in a foreign language, or perhaps because you are Hispanic, this is not the store to visit.

This store is the epitome of what a horrible business looks like. Staff very unprofessional. A customer called the store while I was standing in line and the associate answered the phone like she was receiving a call from a personal friend. Theres a wretched stench in the store as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION!

I brought my own box with a pre-paid shipping label and was asked to purchase another box the same exact size for no reason and the guy was very rude. Horrible horrible place, avoid going here!!!
