If I could give zero, I would. The worst place to work! I have a friend whom fairly new to the country worked for this place for a short period of time -house keeping. Physically attacked by her superior and they covered it up for him because hes been working there for a long time and friends with the manager. Heres the story: according to my friend, this supervisor has been harassing her for a long time. That morning, he came to up her as she was cleaning a room by herself accusing her of some stuff she didnt do yelling at her, calling her names and threatening to report her to the manager as usual. Of course being new to the country she needed to keep her job so badly so she kept everything to herself, do as he says and go home and cry herself to sleep. She repeatedly told him she finished her work before she left the previous night and begged him to leave her alone. But he got very angry, threw a big chain of keys at her which barely missed her face, he demanded she come with him so he can show her what she missed, she felt unsafe leaving the room with him so she said no. She got very upset saying how dare you talk back at me, he chocked and pushed her against the wall behind her, grabbed her cell phone away from her and left the room. She came out of the room crying. Her coworker asked whats wrong she told him, he called their manager, he didnt answer so he called a police. Note, my friend is new to the country barely speaks English and didnt even know she needed to call a police or how to call a police for that matter. When the police arrived, the coworker and the two security women explained what happened to the police, he said it was an accident and the police left without arresting him because he said it was an accident and I guess they asked her if wanted to press charges or whatever it was she didnt understand the police. Anyway, the coworker who called the police got fired because he called a police on their property, my friend was let go of her job two days later for unknown reason. The two security ladies who helped explain things to the police and gave her their information for witnesses texted her back saying theyre very sorry cant testify against him because their boss told them not to get evolved or they loose their job. The guy who committed this crime still works there. Unbelievable! I never in a million years would think such cruelty and un professionalism exists in America especially with this kind of big companies. Very sad!

The Ellenwood facility is aweful. Customer service hasnt helped much either. If your package gets lost here dont call Fed Ex. Call the company you bought the item from and report it lost. I had 2 packages from one order I placed. When I tracked it I had 2 delivery dates. One item came when it was supposed to. So I tracked the second one and all the sudden there was no delivery date anymore. I called Fed Ex and I was told they would look for it and they would call me back. No one called back for days. So I called again, this time I was told they had 14 days to find it before they closed the claim. Then I would have to call the supplier I ordered from. So I waited 14 days, still nothing. So I called the supplier. They did a warranty claim and said they would have to wait for Fed Ex to close the claim, 24-48hrs. I waited again, still nothing. So I called Fed Ex today now they tell me its under review and they have 5-7 days to review it. My Item was supposed to be delivered on May 4th. Today is May 21st. This Fed Ex facility is literally 1 hr 20 min from my house. I have no faith in Fed Ex and paticullary this FedEx location. Read the other reveiws posted here. Something should be done by Fed Ex cooperate to this facility. If they really care about theyre customers. Really I wouldnt of even given 1 star but I had to put something. Very unhappy with Fed Ex. But I will stay on them because this item was $400. Makes me wonder if the drivers arent stealing peoples stuff and selling it on ebay. How do you loose 128lb box?

FedEx, you need NEW HONEST DRIVERS!! I was home all day on a Saturday, and even got up early (7am) for my package. Got a notification around 10am that it was out for delivery. Then, at 12:30pm got another notification saying "Delivery attempt was made"... THATS BULL!!! Checked my front door and the driver left a door tag, DID NOT KNOCK AT ALL! Called FedEx and they said delivery attempt was at 12:20pm (like I said, been up since 7am, and notification at 12:30pm) I told them the Driver did not knock and I paid EXTRA for my package to be delivered on a Saturday. If you ever paid extra for you package to be delivered earlier or on a Saturday, you know the RAGE Im feeling. All the FedEx Customer support person kept saying was "Sorry for the inconvenience, and another attempt will be on Tuesday". So I gotta wait, 3 days, because the Driver lied? HORRIBLE!! If I could only give them -5 stars.

I just wish some companies would not use FedEx because everytime they ship something to me its always mistakes that could have been avoided like my first package they sent it to the one in Kennesaw then to this one just to give it usps to deliver to me to my home in Atlanta, now my second package has arrived to this location and was originally supposed to be delivered on July 6,2016 now theyve pushed it back to July 8,2016 even though I ordered this package more than a week ago now , I just dont understand why it takes them so long to deliver when I live in southwest Atlanta which is not very far and ,if it is then they should have turned over my package to usps then because they actually deliver on time to my house

Customer service number from FedEx leads to their computer repair service, who gave me the same number (800-GOFEDEX) to play Wheel of Fortune with national representatives who are powerless to help. They lost a 32"x12"x12" package that made it all the way from New York to Atlanta and have pushed responsibilities to make things right onto myself and the Amazon seller who shipped it properly. Horrible customer care quality and an utterly disgraceful exhibition of ineptitude during package handling. Might as well merge with the USPS and call it a day. If zero stars were an option, they would receive it.

My package arrived in Ellenwood, GA on the 23rd of Aug. 2016. It went out for delivery at 5:52AM on the 24th. My home is 14 miles away. 15 hours later, No Package!!! My email tracking said "Delivery Delayed - Business closed or Resident not at Home" This is a LIE!!! Im not a business & I was Home all Day. I was up at 6:30AM and in the yard outside or in the house with windows open and the FedEx driver never came up my driveway. This is the 2nd time this has happened in 2 years. FedEx is lazy & they are Liars. Stick with UPS or USPS. Im Fed UP with FedEx
