This is the worst Fedex I have ever been too, I use to ship packages every month until November 2014 they changed management or the hired new people, the past 4 months they always trying to make me buy one of their boxes to ship my items international, then they asked me 6 time whats in the box I said it was clothes and they kept asking me like I was lying? The guy that was helping me was looking in his book if Im able to send clothes, I couldnt believe it, plus he messed up my shipping it was sent to the wrong address it got there a day later and they overcharged my credit card!!!! I will never go back to this location ever again!!!

I just left the Mt. Zionsville location and I was very disappointed. I was attempting to finish up some things but could not concentrate due to one of the employees continual loud singing, now I am not one to complain and I understand that at time its ok to sing at work and have fun but it was to the point where oi just could concentrate and I was not the only one who noticed. Another customer asked her to please stop or at least lower her voice and she proceeded to sing louder. I just left and I think her name was tammy. But either way I did not think it was right. Very poor customer service on her behalf if you ask me.

Called Fed-Ex this morning to get printing prices for 1/3 sheet brochures. Employee stated that he "couldnt tell me off the top of his head" but his guess would be 69 cents plus an additional fee for cutting, and final price would be over 2 dollars a piece! Even though it is 1/3 the size of a regular sheet? That seemed strange to me, as major competitors (staples, ups, etc) charged much less for this size. After some quick research, found a local atlanta company that does this for FIVE CENTS EACH. I think Ill go with them.

I came to this location to drop off a package I usually have picked up every week from my facility. This guy at this location tells me I have to repackage everything to fit his standards. I laughed and said I will take it to another fed ex. He says to me "anyone who ships this package should be fired". I had no time to debate with him so I left. I got up the street to the ship center and they scanned my package and told me thank you. This location sucks major b**ls

Not really in the business of helping customers, just a place to hang and talk about nothing with co-workers apparently. Dropped a package off at 10:30 am on Saturday, at 5:00 pm the tracking info said my package will be shipped out on Monday because it was dropped off after final pickup. People wonder why their place of work get shut down, this is a good reason why. Will drive 20 miles in the opposite direction just to get quality service.

Very poor customer service, I was left standing for almost 30 minutes unattended to. Staff doing their own thing at the back office. They just dont care neither do they understand that I didnt just walk into their store just to stare at them because Ive nothing else important to do with my time. FedEx needs to close down this store or fire the entire staff because this is not what the company is known for!

Im never going back to this location. The whole experience was awful, from the staff person who laughed in my face when I told her that something wasnt working (shed known all along) to the fact that so many things just dont work in there (printers, computers, staff, fax machines). And there arent even any signs to tell you what works and what doesnt.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst customer service in history. Went to print some documents waited over an hour then guy says he is about to take a break. Then gets on the phone and had an very inappropriate conversation for work in front of customers.

Horrible experience, I called and debated with someone name Jarrod whose a rep at this location. Only to be told that my package would not be sent to this location even though I had requested for it to. Try and avoid this location if you can!!!

I use to lille coming to this location, now I cant stand it!! How do you go from having multiple people working the counter to just 1! Who does that?! Now what use to take me 10 minutes now take me over 30 minutes. GET IT TOGETHER FEDEX!!
