1.) I paid for the faster shipping, meaning it should have been delivered on Friday AT THE LATEST. My estimated delivery was then randomly changed from Friday to the following Monday even though I paid for faster shipping. 2.) It arrived to this sorting facility on Thursday evening, and then sat there all Friday and didnt even move to the next FedEx building to be put on a truck for delivery. 3.) So I put in a hold request to pick it up myself from warehouse and they told me that they would try and find it for me and let me know. Guess what happened... they didnt even go find it from the bins for me to pickup. 4.) Lastly, I put in another request to have it delivered to me the following day (Saturday), and they tell me that they dont have enough time to do that because its still in bins at this sorting facility, and that the only thing I can do is wait until Monday to get my package. Conclusion: Not customer friendly whatsoever, and they do not fulfill what you pay for. The call-system through FedEx is garbage also. It took me forever to get transitively connected to this sorting facility. I have never had issues with USPS or UPS getting me my packages on time.

I received a notification that my package could be picked up after 9:00 p.m.. It arrived around 9:15 and the shipment center closes at 10:00. I live about 50 minutes away and I drove all the way over to pick up my package. I arrived before 10:00 and all the lights were out and doors locked. However, there was a girl inside working on the computer at the front desk, but she refused to acknowledge me standing at the door. I spoke to a worker outside and asked for help but he was unable to help me. So, I called FedEx and they simply said "drive back to get it tomorrow between 9 and 3". Sure, because I have extra time to drive almost two hours again tomorrow. Ridiculous! If you are supposed to close at 10 then do that, not early!

Paid for overnight shipping and when they brought it to my house they claimed nobody was home when they dropped it off. My entire family was home. Then they said it would be Monday, and then I offered to pick it up fRom the location and they said it would be a 2 hour wait and they would be closed by the time it was ready! Absolutely horrible service

Package was supposed to be delivered to front desk of apartment complex since I worked during the delivery day. Took package back to ship center and wont deliver my express package until Monday. Wouldve helped if the delivery manager platform worked too. Guess its back with UPS! At least their systems work!

Good for shipping but hope you never have a problem good luck getting someone thats human to help you find your package and do what you need to get. Your guys calling system is joke!
