M&M Muffler is not in the nicest part of the city nor is it the cleanest auto body shop Ive been in but the owner and staff were honest, respectful, and timely. I called in the morning, the owner asked me to come by, she lifted my car and told me the problem within 5 minutes of my arrival. She gave me 2 options and told me which one she would do if it was her car, which wasnt the most expensive option, and I was back on the road within the hour. I would highly recommend, just know that it looks like a junk yard and the waiting room is the parking lot.

Well that was just the craziest phone call ever. I have a car and the two mechanics ive had work on it (family friends) cant figure out why it wont crank after a timing belt and waterpump replacement. I call a shop...THIS shop only to be told they wouldnt do work on it...not even provide diagnostic. ...well how the heck am I supposed to have it repaired if the shop wont even take a look at it? Bad frigging business. ..my money is just as good as everyone elses maam.

After having my money stolen and truck left in shambles by a crooked mechanic; I was so angry I just wanted to junk my car. That is until I came to M&M Muffler. Their staff is hilarious and honest. Their prices cant be beat. When they fix your car you will only have to come back for typical maintenance, nothing more. Theyre amazing! They are the ONLY place I will let service my vehicle from now on.

Great customer service! I never review places, but this was so good that I had to. Went in because my tailpipe support rod snapped and they got me in and out in less than a half hour. They were straightforward and upfront about everything including how long the repair would take and what it would cost. Not that far from downtown, if you need a repair, then I highly recommend it!

After other mechanics overcharged for unnecessary diagnostic tests, M&M Muffler fixed my car at no charge to pass the emissions test. This auto repair shop is run by an honest, straight forward female mechanic who cares about fixing cars. The area looks like a junkyard, but the service is knowledgeable, personal and honest.

Was charged only $20 for diagnosis and work on my truck! Mechanic Jerry Matthews even did some free welding and engineered his own solution when it turns out the exhaust manifold couldnt be fixed without spending hundreds. Highly recommend these folks.

Mercy was very reasonable. I used them 3 times to fix a few problems on my car. They were very fair with price and were able to fix it the same day.i use them when e ver i have an expensive problem to get a better rate and great service.
