I went here today after I found a nail in my tire. The older gentleman that I spoke to at the front was very nice and didnt try to get me to replace a tire when it could be repaired. I only have about 16,000 miles on my tires (on a new car), and theyve been rotated regularly, so I knew they were in good shape with the exception of the nail that was in one of them. I was in and out in an hour, and the price for the repair was great. I also like that they are listed on Michelins website as an authorized dealer, because I wanted to feel like someone who knew about Michelin tires was working on my tire. My only reason for taking off a star is because I specifically asked them to make sure all my tires were at 32 psi, per my door jam. I told him that I had stopped by a place to get air, and they overfilled the tires - that no matter how many times I say 32, they put them at 35. And sure enough, my tires were put to 35. Maybe the message didnt make it to whomever put the air in, but correct tire pressure is just a pet peeve of mine. Ill just let some air out myself. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place, and I will go back again. Ill just remind them about my tire pressure.

TOP NOTCH! Occasionally you feel so good about a place that you will go to the effort to write a review. Dekalb Tire Buckhead deserves it, because every one there is a problem solver. Wish I hadnt had so many issues for them to solve. A few years ago I switched to Tires Plus because they had a rebate on my favorite tires Bridgestone Turanzas. In three years I bought 11 tires. Always my fault. To end the bleeding, I purchased four new tires from Dekalb Tire Buckhead and actually they "prescribed" a much better tire and it cost less - and better warranty! Tires Plus never found the front end issues that were causing the tires premature deterioration; just - you need new tires on the front, etc. A blowout on 285, oh you must have had your tires at less than optimum air at some time, new tire costs... Dekalb Tire found the problems. Had several other things come up unrelated to tires and front end. Had them fix everything. Now my 2002 car drives like a top! Ive actually switched now to them for everything, because I know they have my back. Now I know why so many of my friends have used them for years. Peace of mind is a beautiful thing.

One of my front tires on my Cayenne was losing air. I went to the Porsche dealership and they dont repair tires. They recommend buying new, but then you need to have both front tires new so the car is balanced. It was going to cost about $700. My tires are not worn enough to be replaced. I googled and found Dekalb Tire and called them. Neal said he would check it. He checked it and repaired it. He found the hole and patched from the inside. It took about 1hour. The cost was only $20!!! I was floored :-) ! Everyone (especially women) should at least give Dekalb Tire a try before spending money elsewhere. Neal is very honest and is eager to help you save money. This is how you build loyalty! He has already quoted me a price for new tires that is $260 cheaper than the Porsche dealer quoted. I will go to Dekalb Tires from now on!

I read reviews about Dekalb Tire and other places. Im new to the area, so I asked a friend who lived in Atlanta about Dekalb Tire. He said they repaired his tire for free. Dekalb Tire seemed like a good place, since it was not a national chain, like Tires Plus, Pep Boys, Goodyear, Firestone - all of which are hit or miss on service and you take a chance on them screwing something up or damaging something unrelated on your car. While trying to buy low profile tires on a regular tire budget, I called around for prices. Dekalb Tire was competitive and they met me halfway to the best price I found.

Our entire family uses Dekalb Tire! They have amazing customer service and are incredibly honest. Multiple times theyve let me know that I can wait to have a certain service done, which is highly rare in their industry. Fair pricing with quick and reliable service. My mother-in-law recently moved to the area and loves them as well. I thought they just did tires, but theyll do oil changes, alignment, maintenance, etc. HIGHLY recommend. Ill never go anywhere else.

Not just for tires! The only other local general auto repair shop in Dunwoody is a very overpriced local service station. But Dekalb Tire now does all of the service on my cars from A/C repair to tuneups and brakes for a reasonable price. The service is excellent and its all done by SAE certified mechanics. The waiting room is clean but small, so its a better experience to drop off the car in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.

Honest when another service place wasnt. brought car here when another place said lots of things needed to be done with car like brake fluid and brake pad changed and pax tires but were unwilling to honor the pax warranty plan. dekalb tire said brake fluid totally clear, brake pads slightly over 50% and tires dont even meet critieria to be changed yet. will bring all my cars here from now on.

I was skeptical when I got my brake quote and it serves me right. 3 hours to find out (after I asked) that they delivered the wrong parts. Shame on me for not asking sooner. Shame on them for not telling me sooner. They told me they had the parts in stock. Whatever. I did get to find out the origins of some words on the history channel. That deserves an extra star.

Time and cost efficient. Oil change + tire rotation ~$30 and that staff is quite friendly. The waiting area has wifi, though its hit or miss; however, they allowed me to stay to wrap up some work after my car was serviced. Minus one star due to cleanliness and smaller wait area.

These guys are awesome. I needed tires Mr tire told me 2 hours! I called and they squeezed me in. I had my son with me. They are sooo fast! They even accommodated me having my instacart groceries put in my trunk while they were working! They gave me a great price as well!

I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve a good one. There is another tire/ service place that is closer to my house, but I go out of my way to go to this shop. They take great care of you...I highly recommend checking them out next time you need something done.

Awesome service! Mr. Neil is so nice and helpful. I needed to change my rear brakes and they did not try to up-sell or add on services I didnt need or didnt ask for. The price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them!
