Brought my car in for an exhaust pipe switch, the staff was very nice and pleasant. The price was cheap, but upon completion I could hear that there was an exhaust leak. So I brought it back in, the mechanic was super nice and tried adjusting the fit but I could still hear the sound of the leak. Still hoping to just get it fixed, they recommend a clamp that will compensate for the aftermarket pipes 3 inch vs the stock 2 3/4. Ok, still giving them the benefit of the doubt also one of the managers says it will probably arrive in a day or 2. So I stop by in 2 days and they let me know the part wasnt there and they will call once it arrives, but this time I notice the nice mechanic is completely avoiding eye contact. At this point Im still hoping they will just fix it once the clamps arrives. Well, a week goes by and I start to think the mechanic is aware he messed up my part so I decided to take to a Ford dealership. I still must emphasize that they were all very nice at this Midas location, with the exception of the avoidance of the previously very nice mechanic. Well, thats the problem...... they are nice people but are under qualified to perform service that requires actual technical knowledge. The pipes coming out of my catalytic converters and going into my resonators were bent and the X-pipe they tried to install wouldnt fit properly. So instead of leveling it they just tried to tighten it harder, which pinched the X-pipe and made it almost useless and gave it an exhaust leak that couldnt be fixed. So I just had to pay $244 dollars to fix the damage they did as well as do the job they couldnt do. So this review is for anyone who is thinking of getting any exhaust work done, do yourself a favor and find actual technicians who know how to perform the job. Like I said, nice people but no actual car knowledge....... Oh yeah, they never called me back either.

Went by here for a brake inspection because my rear pads were squeaking. The guys got the car on the lift and pointed out the wear on the pads and rotors. Unfortunately, the price was more then I had originally planned (I thought I just needed pads not rotors too). My brother helps me do some of this work on my own so that I can save some money. I told them this and that I was sorry about them getting it up on the lift and all. They were extremely kind about it. The manager, Chris, told me it was not a problem and that he completely understood and that they would have it ready to roll in just a minute. It was refreshing to feel like an auto shop wasnt just after my money, but also about hearing me out as a customer. I didnt have my car serviced here this time, but will likely be back thanks to their customer service.

Very disappointed. My family has been going to Midas for years to get our car serviced. We havent had too many issues - just a few, but the service was so great that we always went back. Recently, they told us we had to get the power steering pump removed and replaced; this was a >$500 repair. Just a few days ago, I was driving, and the power steering shut off! Took the car to the dealership, where we learned that the power steering pulley was installed backwards during said "repair" and the power steering belt had fallen off -- leaving us with another costly repair to take care of! Definitely not returning. I believe the owner changed recently, so I dont feel so bad posting up this negative review -- I dont think the last guy would have let his guys do such a shabby job!

THIEVES and LIARS! I am in disbelief. I have an 11 year old car with less than 100k miles, I have gotten my oil changed every 3,000 miles for a decade plus (30+ times) and have never paid more than $25 I called, made an appointment, told my make, model, year, miles and that I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation $24.99 and I wanted the standard conventional oil. I work, like most, so I sent my little brother and he was completely taken advantage of, he was told my car could not have conventional oil and they charged him an additional $30 spending $54 dollars on an oil change not to mention they told him my tires could NOT be rotated even though they were just done 6,000 miles ago, the treads no where near the worn/bald mark. THIEVES and LIARS!!!

The new manager, Tim, is honest and personable, as well as his staff. Its natural to think you would lose quality with their lower prices; however, the quality of work and customer service remain out of this world!

I looked on Johnson ferry from top to the river for someone to fix my exhaust leak. Every place sent me some place else. But never mentioned Midas. I saw the sign and pulled I. I was met by an young man that was a great help and i find Scotty the machanic with a git r done attitude. Im going to go back. Ill let you know.

I had an "Service engine soon" fault warning and took it to Midas- they did a quick check and suggested that it was probably because the fuel cap was not closed properly. Was in and out in 10 minutes and they did not charge anything.
