Ask for Adrian! Im a female. I have been burned by so called mechanics under or over diagnosis of my car problems for years. Some mechanics will under diagnose to get the business or suggest fixing things that dont need to be fixed to get business. Some mechanics just dont know what they are doing. I hate patch work mechanics to keep you coming back and never fix the problem. Its a hard pill to swallow, but quality car repair is not cheap! I found Adrian at Meinke a real mechanic about 5 years ago. Ive been coming here every since. I call him for every little hiccup I ever experienced with all my family cars. I dont bother to shop around. I drive past several mechanic shops on Jonesboro Rd before I get to his. I now only trust him with my car. He is very honest and not over priced. He can actually diagnose a problem and know how to fix it. He is very professional and trustworthy. He knows what he is doing. He has a consistent staff for the past several years which I love. I would recommend calling ahead though. This is very high volume shop. They are always busy. The wait area is always clean and comfortable to wait.

I am very satisfied with the work!!. The person who answered the phone was very professional and knowledgable about cars. He even offered to inspect my car the same day. The prices are great and they were willing to teach and show me what was wrong with my car. I needed bushings on both sides along with brakes in the back and one in the front (the back) needed a break line, drum, rooters and pads, that could have cost 500.00 to 600.00 or more( just for the brakes) at most places, but not here. They gave me a great price on all the work and was very timely. I brought my car in at 9am and was out by 5pm, that was awersome!! Some places hold your car much longer for miner things. Needless to say the car is performing good and I would recommend anyone to visit this Location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spent 7 hours on the diagnostics of my front end suspension. Only to find out that they recommended engine mounts, transmission mounts, struts, sway bars AND my tie rods. Didnt know where to get the parts and suggested that I call the dealership to get them. Parts alone costing between $900-1000... Took it a few doors down to Certified Auto Repair.... One sway Bar and one tie rod was all that was needed... $450 for everything, with the labor... Save your time and money and take your car to the junkyard before you go to this place.

Was passing through on our honeymoon trip to North Carolina and had what I thought was major engine troubles. Called numerous places looking for help and no one had time to even look at it. He diagnosed the problem before he even loaded my SUV on the tow truck. To my luck it wasnt as bad as I thought, just a spark plug thrown from the motor. They had me in and out in a few hours and back on our way to North Carolina. Wouldnt know what we would have done with out finding a place that was as honest and that fast.

Wow. This location tried to tear a new hole in my pocket! I asked for an oil change service, with the oil that I brought. The guy said $20. He came back and said " oh this is synthetic. We charge about $90 for that." Are u kidding me? Your service shouldnt change because your labor and skill set did not change depends on the oil I got! I had a similar service done at Meineke in Louisville,KY and there were no issues with me bringing in my own oil.

Went for an oil chk on 01/02/2013 and had a very good experience. I had intentionally went there to get quotes for my not muffling muffler and not jointing well CV joint. Priced me very decently and quoted a 2.5 hr turnaround on the two items. Very impressive. Id highly suggest ppl to go here for their car needs. They dont try to sell nothing to you unlike other places. Well done, Meineke of Jonesboro GA!

Ive been coming here for the last six months about... I had not ever had any problems. For the first time, I just had one issue today: I had an appointment and when I arrived I still had to wait. They stated they they never keep appointments on a Saturday. I find this to be a problem because, why allow us to make them online? Not their fault though... The online system needs to be alot better.

Took my car in for check due to severe engine vibration. Mechanic took a look and said it could either be the ignition system ($400 with labor), or engine/transmission mounts ($700 with labor). Turns out, it only needed new spark plugs ($15), ignition coils ($50) and ignition wire set ($30). Saved a ton of money by doing the repair myself. Thanks for the honest diagnostic.

They told me it was free to check out steering system on van when i got their, they tried to charge me $35, they have attitudes lime they didnt want to work, hes said it was my steering box with out looking at it, dont trust them, i will never go back, aftrer driving 15 miles with bad steering, and they say anything to get you to come to the shop.

I walked into this location at about 10am and I stood at the front desk for 15-20 mins and NO ONE ever came to acknowledge me, even after 2 people looked right at me from the service area. Terrible customer service, if youre working the desk then you need to be there assisting customers!!!!

I would never go here again and would recommend you stay away as well. From the staff walking around on there cell phone while there taking to customers and working on people cars. The staff was sitting around no one at the desk just very poor

Reliable muffler shop. But dont schedule an appointment online. They dont check their computer. Also the store hours are incorrect online. Schedule an appointment over the phone or in person to avoid excessive wait.
