ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do not go here if you want any type of quality service. They "couldnt find" my appointment on their paper of appointments for the day, so they sat me to the side for 45 minutes while everyone here ignored me. I called THE SAME DAY and somehow they forgot. While I sat there I watched the stylists to see if I would actually want to wait for my hair cut. They were EXTREMELY unprofessoinal! They paid no attention to their customers, and were more conserned with how they looked, over their customers. The hygene here was DISGUSTING! The stylists didnt seem to take care of themselves, the place had hair EVERYWHERE, and I saw one stylist use the same brush on two customers. Needless to say after 45 minutes, I got up and walked away because I was not letting anyone here get close to my hair.

I can only talk about Douglas Nitcher, since after the first haircut I was hooked and he is the only one who cuts my hair now. He is fantastic. He actually LISTENS to what you want and discusses with you what he is going to do. I absolutely love how he handles and styles my hair. While many stylists just start chopping and chit-chat the entire time, Douglas is very precise and focuses on what he is doing. I would highly recommend him. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I have no idea how good the other stylists are, I can only assume that they are great too.

Well all I know is this ithat this s a fantastic salon they have new manger now so I will recommend people to go and get the hook up if you are in the area, you wont be disappointed

Outdated c-level salon with D- level stylists. Stylist was 20 minutes late to a 10 am appointment. Poorly run and circa 1980.
