I started toe nail fungus laser treatment in January (6 laser treatments @ $150.00 each). After my 2nd treatment I began to ask for an itemized receipt with the medical code, etc. so I could submit it to my insurance for 70% coverage. The requests continued to be made all the way through April. The secretary kept saying that the doctor just had to sign off on the receipt, that she would contact the insurance company to make sure all the information was being provided but I never received the receipt. The last discussion with the medical office was that the doctor "refused" to sign the receipt. I find this somewhat odd. I did report it to the local BBB but the company didnt even respond to the complaint. Out of my 6 treatments at the Spa, the doctor only spoke and consulted with me 3 of those 6 visits. The nurses all seemed on edge with the doctor. The one nurse that did give me a laser treatment and did it better than the others was then told my the doctor she couldnt perform them anymore. She was the most professional and cordial nurses of the whole staff. I would NOT recommend this spa for any type of cosmetic treatment. Its not been long enough to see if the laser treatment worked on my toenail fungus-time will tell. But I think its a shame and rather suspicious that a doctors office will not provide a patient the needed information necessary to file an insurance claim themselves. Especially when that patient is going to be able to recoup most of the expense they had incurred.

I bought a laser hair removal package from them through Living Social. First session went fine but they scheduled my next session on a day when they were closed, I called several times over the next few weeks to re schedule but never reached anyone or got a return call. I paid for three treatments and only got one. They are a scam!

The girls over there are so sweet. They know what they are doing. They did hair removal on my back. It looked like a rug, but now it is smooth and sexy.Before the hair removal I would never take off my shirt, but this summer I have been shirtless. I love it!!!!
