I was helped by Patrina. One of the rudest hairstylist I have had. She did not greet with a smile. Not that it was her personality since she apparently was very nice to the person before me. After she started on my hair, I told her at the beginning how I wanted the front done and she replied with an attitude "Were not even there yet." After 3 minutes of rushing through my hair (and she basically moved my head as if I was an object), she asked if everything was ok. She did not do what I told her before so when asked upon to finish the job, she rushed through it in 15 sec as if it was a chore. She was rough with her hands throughout the whole cut so I just left and fixed it at home. Oh, and I believed I talked to her over the phone last year about one of her coworkers overcharging me after I signed the receipt. I am sure it was her that I talked to. When I told her about it, she replied non-apologetically and with an attitude, "Im sorry it happened to you." I was only there two times but they remember. Everything is in the computer. I thought it was only one bad hairstylist (the one that overcharged me) so I gave them another chance. Boy, was I wrong.

A google+ reviewer had a poor experience with one of the stylists, Patrina. My experience was vastly different so I wanted to make that known. I actually had a really good experience with Patrina. As the g+ reviewer notes, she does have a strong personality but she engaged me in conversation more than any other stylist with the possible exception of Dianne (Dianna?). I also got a great cut that fetched three compliments which suggests my older cut really stunk or she did a great job. Finally, I told her what I didnt like about my hair and wanted to know some product options. She selected a few products, I chose the cheapest one, didnt feel pressured, and then she showed me how to use it...something no stylist has ever done. So I understand the other reviewer had a tougher time with her personality. For me, a mild extrovert, I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely ask her to cut my hair again. Id give Great Clips 5 Stars but its a chain hair cut place so I think Im socially obligated to go no higher than 4 stars.

Ive gotten several haircuts here. Usually, with what I pay for I am pretty satisfied with what I get. Occasionally Im a little unhappy but not enough to go elsewhere or complain. With the app you can check in online which helps you to not waste time sitting in the shop waiting for your turn. The stylists are always friendly and I can usually get out in 20 minutes. Overall I recommend.

Patrina is the best stylist Ive worked with here, she always talk to me and listens to my concerns. I know some people may say she has a rude personality but thats not true. Shes straightforward but WILL listen and even have a conversation with you if you want to talk. Students get a discount with a student ID!

How rude!!!! I literally just called to ask if they were busy & whoever answered the phone was very rude and sarcastic. Its not my fault you hate your life. I just want a hair cut. Thankfully I called before I went in. SO RUDE

Theyre rude, dont go there. Sure, they are cheap, but from my experience its not worth it. Ill gladly pay a few bucks extra for a nice friendly hairstylist which I definitely didnt get while I was there.

Do not let Aimee cut your hair, anyone else but her. Very rude, did not listen to instructions. Terrible stylist!
