I went in for a consultation and was told I would receive via email a treatment recommendation in a few days. I received no response and reached out and Judith said she would get back to me. I called and emailed 4 different additional times over the next month and received no response. During one correspondence I even asked if they could mail me some business cards because I have a very large network of women in my neighborhood and I could share for referrals and again received no response. I even stopped by the clinic to return a product just to see if they kept notes on their clients so that others might "get a clue" and offer assistance or follow up...still nothing. I give A New You Skin & Body Clinic an F in both follow up and providing the personal touch. They should not use email as a form of communication if they do not know how to effectively use it. If their goal is to want to make women feel and look more beautiful then they should learn how to get to know their clients and not only offer quality services and products but treat them with the respect they deserve. I would not recommend them to any of my friends.

They are amazing from the time you walk in the door the atmosphere is so serene and peaceful the decor is beautiful and puts you at ease very clean office and the staff from the front office to the back they are so friendly and sweet they really genuinely care about you. My skin has had a complete amazing transformation since i have been coming to a new you and all my friends patients and coworkers that i see have noticed also they tell me all the time its something different about you .....you look different ......your skin is glowing and I say its a new you !!! they gave me my confidence back and a fresh start on my skin but whats also so important not only do they give you treatments but they educate you on how to keep it up and maintain at home as well I will never go any where else they are the best and truly feel like a new me
