When I bought my home, it needed a new roof and Bone Dry was the low bidder. As far as I could tell they used day laborers to complete the work. Within weeks we experienced leaking around the chimney which stained the ceiling in our house. They fixed the flashing around the chimney and the problem was resolved (a bit to late to save the ceiling). About 4 years later, we started noticing some of the shingles coming off of the ridge vent that they had installed. I called them to have someone come and take a look at it, and to see if it was covered under the warranty. Chad (the President of the Company) came out and examined the roof, and determined that it was caused by a "wind event," which is not covered under the warranty. He quoted me a price of $800 to fix the vent. Feeling a bit skeptical, I called another roofing company for a second opinion. The second roofer reported that he believed the installation of the ridge vent was shoddy and he recommended that I ask Bone Dry to fix the problem (meaning he wouldnt get the job). He pointed out two specific reasons why the installation was poor (nails were too short and the positioning of the nails in the shingles was wrong). In addition to his honesty, the new roofer quoted me a price which was less than half of Bone Drys ($325) to replace the entire ridge vent (not just the part where the shingles had come up). I followed up with Bone Dry regarding the claims of faulty installation of the ridge vent. Chad was unwilling to reassess the ridge vent, saying that he was perfectly comfortable with what he saw on my roof. He said it was a running joke that one contractor can always point out the flaws of another contractors work. It didnt sway him that I provided specific examples, nor the fact that no shingles had come off of anywhere else on the roof as a result of this so-called "wind event." Maybe Im wrong, but I cant help feeling like I got screwed. My recommendation: dont get boned - use someone else.

I have now used Bone Dry Roofing for 2 projects, a commercial flat roof / deck (oceanfront) and our home (typical shingle roof). They executed both flawlessly. I am really impressed - in an area where I am not typically impressed. Heres a few reasons. First, they started and finished on time. They laid in their supplies ahead of time so that they could meet our deadlines. Our building has nearly back to back vacation rentals, and we only had 8 days to get the roof done. Result: done on time. Second, they did professional work, and worked well with our other vendors. They helped the A/C guys (we replaced all the roof top units at the same time) and scheduled their work in a way to ensure the proper placement and timing. They worked with our deck vendor to help get him started so that the deck could be finished as well. Third, the project came in at the exact price they bid. And fourth, they were super responsive before, during and after the project - I always had someone I could call or email. On our house, same thing, they started and finished on time, had a very competitive price, and went the extra mile on things like cleaning up old skylights, leaving the work area neat, and helping my parents install a shade on the skylight (inside). One other note: many roofers operate on little if any working capital. Not so Bone Dry, I paid for both of my projects 100% at the end when they completed work. They are clearly confident in their ability to complete projects per schedules and per the plan. I wholeheartedly recommend Bone Dry.

What a great experience recently with Bone Dry Roofing. Unfortunately I had to call someone because we suddenly found a bad leak one morning after one of these latest rain storms. We called Bone Dry because of all the wonderful references they had online and through our friends. Sure enough they lived up to their reputation. They had someone at our house within a day - it was very, very quick - to access the problem. They immediately found the issue and gave me a quote right there on the spot and followed up with a formal estimate right after we talked. I thought the price was VERY REASONABLE so I booked them immediately. They were out in two days and the problem was fixed before the next rain storm! They were so nice too throughout the entire process and very professional. Great service - great people - great work and superior attitude. I couldnt have been more impressed - and I am very, very picky and hard to please - trust me! Thanks Bone Dry! Yall were awesome! I will call again but no offense - I hope I dont anytime soon!

Top Roofing Professionals ! After a couple of bad experiences with "Roofers" in recent years, I did my research and asked multiple questions before allowing anyone to come to my home for an initial estimate. Bone Dry was on top of it. Local professionals evaluated our roofing needs, shared their recommendations and left the decision to us. They werent the cheapest - but after their work - I know why and they were worth every penny. They were on time, the crew was professional and friendly. After completing the job, they cleaned the perimeter of the house including using magnets to ensure they got all of the stray nails. We will certainly use Bone Dry for our future roofing jobs!

The staff is awesome the sales man knew his stuff an the install crew was so professional. They did not have any hidden coast or surprises there quote was very strait forward an it was what I was charged. They do not cut corners they do it right. By far the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company was provided by Bone Dry Roofing. They conducted a detailed inspection, discussed several options with me, quoted a fair price for each option and offered a good warranty. They started and finished when they said the would, did a great clean-up job and all workers were professional and courteous. Perhaps most important, I am confident that they will be available, and still in business, if I need to utilize the warranty.

Bone Dry has it together. From the initial phone call I made to the estimate thru to the finished job. They even sent me a thank you note and I felt like I should be sending them one. I had two skylights replaced. The workers were efficient,clean, neat and quiet. One even offered to vacuum and one cleaned the glass on the roof top with Windex. When I need a new roof I know who Im calling. I highly recommend Bone Dry. Service is spot on!

We had a wonderful experience with Bone Dry, they came out one day to check out our roof and within 24 hours or less we had our estimate. The estimate was free. They said they were a week behind but they were able to get to us the very next week. It took only a couple of hours, they cleaned up everything and the estimate was less then we anticipated. Win win.
