Had three contractors quote out the roof and insulation for my two story colonial. Roof Advance was the only company that actually pulled out a ladder to walk the entire roof before doing a detailed presentation on how each step that would be performed. He reviewed the contract quote and extra charges that could be incurred depending on wood rot. Jakob (salesman) from Roof Advance then presented a price that ended up lower then either of the salesman who came out the following week. Installation was performed in the middle of November delayed by a day due to weather. Phillips team show up at 7:40 and by 8:00 had the old roof coming off after surrounding the entire house and landscape with heavy plastic to protect the yard. Phillip reviewed the process and answer my questions regarding issues I had with flashing from the siding replacement done three years ago. They were able to complete the installation of the roof/insulation and in one day. The crew was friendly and efficient in getting everything done before the sun went down (short winter days). Once the roof was complete they did a clean-up of the entire yard and driveway using a magnet to pick up any stray nails. They also utilized a truck with a lift-bed that allow them to place the old roof into the bed from the roof without throwing it down to the ground. That was not the end of the service! Jakob came back out and performed a final inspection by again walking the entire roof to validate installation. In the process he painted my white roof vents to a color matching the shingles improving the curbside view of the house. This was a very positive experience and would highly recommend Roof Advance!

The roof on our house was 24 years old and was showing leaks from a couple of places. We called roof advance to take a look at the source of the leaks. Jakob came promptly on the same day to look at the roof. He climbed up the roof and found out the roof was quite old and needed a replacement. He gave me a good estimate for the roof replacement. He mentioned about the atlas shingles system with 15 year full replacement and leak free warranty. On the day of roof installation, the crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM. The crew was very courteous and covered all the windows with wooden boards. They did the full tear down of the roof and replaced any rotten boards. They then installed the ice and water shield, drip guards, summit sheet and the shingles on the entire roof. The roof now looks brand new and make the house looks good. They also provided a lifetime warranty for discoloration due to algae deposits. The crew was done with the installation by 1:00 PM and did an excellent job in the roof installation. After the installation they performed a complete clean up and they removed all the trash. Next day Jakob came and walked on the roof to inspect the final installation. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will highly recommend to use roof advance for all the roofing needs.

Brilliant! Cant say enough about Roof Advance. They were professional, very responsive, competitively priced, and did great work. Jacob came out right away, during a storm, to talk with me about the damage on the roof and get it tarped to minimize any further damage. He gave great advice, helped me with my insurance questions and worked with us to provide a great product at a very competitive price. His crew were very nice, worked tirelessly in the heat and cleaned up all around, not even a stray nail was left. They cleared all the old roofing materials and left the yard really tidy, you would hardly know they had been there. Once they were done, Jacob came back and walked the roof, checking the finish and getting our feedback on the whole experience. Couldnt have asked for better!

The owner, Yakov Smolyanov, was very fair and honest with me about my estimate. Everyone else tried to push me into added expenses that I didnt need and most were not willing to work within my schedule. Starting with the initial visit, Jakob did a thorough inspection of the existing roof, spent a reasonable time describing the materials to be used and providing a fair estimate for the job. The work area was maintained clean and protected from materials that were removed from the existing roof. His quote came in just slightly under what most other companies were offering for the lower quality materials, but I went with him because he wasnt pushy and the quality of materials he quoted were the better quality, which in the end, was the best deal. As good as it gets. I know because did this work for 20 years myself in a former life. Went back to school and got a degree in architecture so I had high expectations. I got 5 other estimates and they were close to the low bid. Jacob gave an honest, no pressure, informative proposal. We live in a historic district and he took care of all the paperwork and permits. These guys are good. Very professional work. Owner came out the next day as part of his routine to re-inspect the work and look over things. Truly went above and beyond my expectations.
