I never thought I would gush over the customer service we received from a roofing company! The sincere, helpful service that we received from Victors Roofing was incredible! We own a vacation rental business, and I thought we excelled at customer service. Then, I met Victor at Victors Roofing, and I realize how much more we could do in our own business! Even when we didnt think we could make the premium roof work within our budget, they worked with us to customize an estimate that involved shifting the shingle type and warranty length. Victor was patient, kind and a joy to work with. Who would have thought I would be saying that about a necessary roofing project? Still, Victor was patient and willing to wait while we received the insurance estimate. I never felt pressured or rushed. (I cant say the same from the 2 other companies I received estimates from.) Once we were ready to move forward, just 3 days later, in the middle of January 2015, I had a new roof! The crew came and put the roof on while I went to the office. I stopped in once to check on the progress; everything was so organized and progressing smoothly that I returned to the office. When I returned that evening, it was done and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Impressed is an understatement! Im going to treat my friend who recommended Victor to dinner! I am highly recommending Victors Roofing to everyone I meet who needs help with their roof. I know its an intimidating process to find the right roofer, yet you dont need to look any longer once you meet Victor. His positive, helpful, honest energy is clear from the moment you meet him, and carries through the whole process. I always had this feeling in my gut that Victor was looking out for my best interest. Such a comforting feeling that I didnt feel with the other companies I consulted prior to meeting Victor. I cant say enough positive things about Victors Roofing! Thank you for my beautiful, leak-free roof, Victor, family, and your great workers! What a fabulous team! Im so grateful we connected.

When it was time for a new roof I really didnt know which contractor to turn to. I looked at reviews online and wrote down the names of some companies Id seen doing roof work in my neighborhood. When I started the process of gathering quotes, Victor immediately separated himself from the pack. He replied to my call immediately, arrived at the inspection on time, and presented himself, his company, and his product in a professional and honest manner. As for the other contractors, two of the companies I contacted didnt even bother returning my call and another gave me a quote over the phone without even seeing the property. (I never work for the right to give people my money, so they were out!) After we agreed to reasonable terms, Victor explained the entire process from start to finish--and everything went exactly as he described. Importantly, he made it clear that the job was his to complete and not mine, and that I didnt need to do anything but give him access to my roof. The workers arrived on time, prepped the site so that no damage would be done to my house or my neighbors, and worked quickly and efficiently throughout the day. When they were done, there was no sign that they were even there--except for a brand new expertly installed roof. I went up and walked the lower level and was very impressed with the quality of the fit and finish. In my case, there was a piece of fascia that needed replacing behind the gutter. Victors team installed the new piece I supplied at no charge--and even went to the trouble of re-caulking around a bedroom window. Thats old school service! I highly recommend you give Victors Roofing a call and not to bother with the faceless big name companies or bungling start-ups that seem to sprout every time we go through an economic upturn. Nobody looks forward to having to deal with the cost and hassle of a major home repair or upgrade like a new roof; but if you find yourself it that position, Victors will not let you down. I recommend his team without reservation.

I called Victors Roofing to come provide a quote. I was impressed from the initial phone call, and every step of the process thereafter. Chad from Victors Roofing came to my house and provided a wealth of information and options to consider. He took great care to explain all the options, never once did I feel I was being up-sold or pressured. I felt at all times like he, and Victors Roofing where trying to win my business vs. just expecting it. We ultimately gave the project to Victors Roofing, solely based on our interactions with Chad and the company he represented. On the day the work began, the large crew were there early and took great care to protect my windows, landscape and surrounding area. The crew worked tirelessly, and were extremely respectful at all times. Doing a complete tear off roof project makes an enormous mess. I knew the crew would clean up, but to be honest – I was pretty sure I would have some work to do after they left, considering all the small items all over the area. They cleaned up the entire area, raked my landscape to grab everything and made sure trash the blew into the neighbors yards was picked up. I live in 3 acres, the wind blew stuff a good distance, and they got all of it. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were even there!!! If anyone has a small or large roofing project, for me there is only one company they should consider: Victors Roofing. Great Job Guys! My house looks amazing, especially with the new and improved low profile venting design. Thank you for everything!

Upon our request, Bill Smith from Victors Roofing came to our house to give us an estimate for roof replacement. He was completely punctual, polite, professional and friendly. He went on the roof and investigate all area then gave us a comprehensive consultation and time and cost estimate for different options of doing the job. He was very professional and honest and told us that our roof doesnt need the full replacement at this year. He even suggested to come back next year and provide another free estimate and see if it is the time for replacement or not. We are very satisfied with his consultation and although we decided to postpone roof replacement to another year but we definitely will do business with this honest and knowledgeable person and our choice for doing the job in future is Victors Roofing. The fact that he spent a good amount of time for investigation, listened to our needs and gave us very clear, honest and professional consultation is really valuable for us. Now I believe that when they are looking at a job, they truly consider and respect customers needs and rights. He was very well equipped and was using digital documentation software to record notes, dimensions and pictures in their archive. In the end, he provided us a binder of documents that showed details of their working process and specifications of materials. He also gave us a copy of their licence, insurance and guarantee documents. I highly recommend working with this company and this respectable and professional man.
