Submitted an online form for an estimate and heard back a day later. The guy said he would have someone closer to my area call and he never did. I called back and was finally contacted by the owners son. The website says they do big and small budget renovations, apparently my basement was too small. They guy seemed uninterested from the beginning of the conversation (even before I told him my budget), and said my budget wouldnt even cover the materials and that most basements cost from $25,000-$100,00 to finish. Thats complete BS, Ive had them done at other homes much cheaper. Ive completely gutted and done an extremely nice remodel on a master bath and closet that wound up on HGTV for $30,000. If you can even get them to come give you an estimate, I would definitely get a second opinion. Insanely over priced!

Trustworthy, Quick Response, Low Cost...what else can be said. Phil Rashid came out immediately when a storm tore shingles off our roof and quickly protected our roof with proper cover. He fixed the roof when he said he would and his price was the best around! Thank you Rashid Construction!
