I hired and paid Roof-Rite $15,000 to replace my roof and add new gutters. A portion of my roof is flat and needed a special rubber coating to seal. Well they sealed it but now there is 2 low spots and one is very low, spongy and collects a lot of water. The gutters leak on 2 of the ends and overflow in several places. I have called the owner personally 5-6 times who says they will call me back. Well from the very beginning I have been given a terrible attitude by Roof-Rite employees and it has made a bad situation worse having to deal with them. After my initial complaint they stopped returning my calls. Roof-Rite employees stole a brand new dog tie-down and leash I had in my backyard. They also damaged my foundation skirting and refused to repair it. Roof-Rite employees assumed I did not want my old gutters and took them for scrap without asking me. This has been a huge nightmare dealing with this company. If you want a roof done right I would not recommend Roof-Rite.

The previous owner of the house had this company replace the roof before we purchased our house. Within a year and a half the roof was leaking. They refused to do anything but send one person out to look at it. They claimed it was a bad window that was causing the leak. We had all the windows replaced by a very knowledgeable installer who found where the flashing was installed incorrectly causing the leak. He repaired it for a very small charge. Called Roof-Rite to ask why it was done incorrectly no response. Twelve years later my roof is leaking again in a different spot.

We inquired about roof repairs from other companies and was quoted an outrageous price. When we went on Angie list and found Roof-Rite, they gave us a reasonable price and did a wonderful job. We were very pleased with the job and would gladly refer them to anyone that inquiries about replacing their roof to Roof-Rite company. They were friendly and very efficient .
