Meineke used to be a good place to take your car. They were good honest people. Have been going there for years. Know the owner and sons on a first name basis. Well, took my car there in July for an alignment and realized that if the car needed body work that the alignment needed to be put off. The owner told me that it was ok to go ahead with the alignment and when the body work was done they would align the car again for free. Well, now the new manager does not want to honor the agreement and all of a sudden the owner says he does not remember it. Hogwash. They also gave me an estimate of $350.00 for an alignment and tightening some screws on another vehicle . WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO THERE.

Ive been coming here for like a year now. The service is very good and I have noticed that they dont try to rip you off and offer competitive prices when i shopped around other Car care locations. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you when you arrive and do not do any work unless you approve it. They are very easy to reach and explain things very well. They have gone out of their way to drop me off at home when leaving my car there as well as picking me up(I live about 1 mile from the shop). Now that is customer service. I would recommend this place for any of your car needs.

I have been coming to this place for over 7 years and on my last visit would be my last. I had lifetime breaks and was getting them replaced, but then they told me my two front rotors were bad also, so i ask how much. 150 each, wow but what choice did i have five minutes later an advance auto parts white truck shows up and here are my rotors. Then i called advance the next day and asked how much they were and they said 50 each!! Wow i have never felt so screwed. Now the owner will not call me back and when i show up he sneaks away!!

Got my oil changed here and a week later on the side of the road with no oil! Had to walk to all the way to Walmart to buy my own oil to get back to this place and they fix there mistake and offer me just a free oil change. Would not refund my purchase from Walmart or nothing. Ridiculous service and the owners wife behind the counter is horrible at her job and has no business behind the counter. That is not the last they here from us. We will get our money back for everything. Lets best hope my car is not damaged from no oil!

I had a pleasant experience. The online appt was easy. They are still getting use to it, but they found my reservation. Pulled my car in right away even though I had to call and let them know I was running behind schedule. Very pleasant, friendly, easy atmosphere. They gave me the discount on the preferred oil change. Of course, I need ed brake work. They gave me a printed estimate, finished the job and I was out of there. No hassling! Remind them to give you a reminder sticker, but I will go back. Great job!

I took my wifes van in for an oil change and asked to check her tail light. I had replaced it with the wrong bulb at Walmart. They changed the bulb but it still would not work. They trouble shot it for about an hour,(95$ an hour). The wrong bulb had damaged the socket. The owner found me a new lens assembly on the internet. I ordered it, and replaced it. They charged me zero dollars because I always take all my 4 cars there to have the oil changed.

I had to put 1 star but it doesnt deserve it. I took my jeep in for service. New cadylic converter, muffler and pipe. Wontcpass emissions, took it back the lady at the front desk is a Bit__ act like I owe her something. They said everything was fine. The guy that checked it told me it was something else and he works on card cars on the side. Mobile mechanic and still having problems. RIP OFF. He hasnt returned my calls...

I have been coming to this Meineke since early 2011. They have always been very reasonable and understanding of my situation and budget. I especially like how knowledgeable the technicians are. They are always very friendly and I know they know what they are talking about. I have been many places around Georgia to get my car worked on and Meineke is the only one I have ever wanted to stick around.

Meineke used to be great for oil changes. Last two times I have been here they have made expensive suggestions that I questioned. Most recently, they told me I needed brake pads on the front and new rotors and pads on the back, total would be $250-$300. I took it for a second opinion with a Toyota certified who told me the brakes were fine.

The customer service they provided was terrible not to mention extremely rude and they wouldnt even honor the coupon sent down from their corporate office giving me the answer, Im sorry we are not participating in that sale..... Well then why did your corporate office with the same name brand send me these coupons then?

Great service overall, we just moved in the area and arriving to place that made me feel welcome as I walked through the door, is an understatement. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and honestly inspected my vehicle for other issues. This is my new auto repair shop for all my vehicles and referrals.

This place is great. A friend recommended them and I am glad I went. I thought I needed brakes but these guys said all that was needed was adjusting. They were very honest and actually showed me what was going on. Another place would have recommended new brakes just to get my money!

This is the only place my husband takes our Automobiles they do a great job very reasonable prices wouldnt take our automobiles anywhere else The staff is very very friendly. Theyre very honest people dont try to sell you stuff at your car really dont need

My truck has a lot of miles I called around to see how much oil places would charge me to put in the oil if I brought it myself, everyone would charge me 34 and up except Meineke, they charged me 15 bucks. Great guys!

Corp offered free oil change on Veterans day. This store closed down that day to avoid supporting Vets. Owner of this store sucks and is cheap. Please do to him as he does to the Vets and boycot him.
