I have been taking my cars here for years, and was always very please with the results...until the past year or so. It used to be that anytime I had work done or an oil change, the tech would explain everything to me on the sheet before having me pay. If anything additional was needed they would ask me and explain it fully. I noticed they stopped doing that a little over a year ago, and would just hand me the sheet when it was time for me to pay out. The last time I brought my car in, I paid and was about to walk out the door when I noticed OIL LEAK was scribbled on the sheet. No one had even said a word to me. I asked the guy who rang me up about it and he responded, "Uh, yeah, you have a pretty bad oil leak", then just stared at me. I asked him if they could do anything about it, and he said, "You need to go to a pressure washer first and clean the underside, then bring it back and we could look at it." He told me they wouldnt even look at it until I had gone somewhere to pay to pressure wash the underside, AND I never would have even known about the leak if I hadnt asked! I have a 60 mile commute every day and could have gotten stranded on the side of the highway if I hadnt read over the scribbled notes on the sheet before I left. I took my car to another mechanic, who easily fixed the leak, and determined that it was Precision Tune who had caused the leak in the first place when they over-tightened the drain plug! I am sorry to see the decline in service, and I will no longer be recommending or using this location.

I had a problem with the gear shift for a 2008 Dodge Caliber. The gear was stuck in park, but the dash stated it was in neutral. Originally had it towed to a Chrysler dealership on Thornton Road, and they quoted a price of $750. I immediately told them not to work on it and paid $150 for the diagnostic test, and my father recommended this place and to talk with Danny. Long story short, he had it working in less than 24 hours and a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge. In fact the price I paid was even less then what he told me on the phone. If it wasnt for the fact my family and I are moving from Atlanta to Boston they wouldve been my primary and only mechanics to touch my car. Very Satisfied!!!!

I had no problems with the agent or the service, but the products they sold me were damaged. I purchased 2 tires, brand new (or so I was told). They were flat within hours of purchase.. I understand issues with storage and mistakes being made, but when I was finally able to get there, the Precision Auto Tune manager tells me they cannot replace them nor refund me. I was appalled at the apathetic attitude and total disregard for their own error. I will NEVER set foot in another Precision Auto Tune. If you cant have integrity in a situation I can outwardly see, how can I expect you to have integrity in an oil change or brake check? Never again. Thank you.

Chose them for no other reason than they were the cheapest and I was desperate. Never heard of them and was just praying they were honest. I am so glad I found them. They were honest evening knowing I was in a bind. They repaired my car in less than 24 hrs and it was over $300 CHEAPER than the other repair place. Danny the manager was super nice and was very understanding. What was wrong with my car? See my review of Jiffy Lube (Hwy 5). A simple oil change turned into a nightmare. Thank you Danny for being honest and not taking advantage!

I had my oil changed here a few weeks ago. Today I had a friend (a mechanic) look at something unrelated, but they checked my oil and said that my car was low on oil. I said there was no way because I had just had it replaced. He said there was a way, that being this place not even putting enough oil in there to begin with. Never going here again. They always check on other things they can "fix" like my air filter and topping off fluids but cant even do a standard oil change thorougly. What a shame because it seemed like a good deal.

Avoid this inept place at all cost. On Saturday, October 31, I had them do an oil change. Later that evening after driving 45 minutes, my oil light went on. I was bone dry. I had to have towed to Firestone in Douglasville where on Sunday, Nov 1, they showed me there was no oil plug on the car. In addition, the entire undercoat was filled with oil. They told me I have engine damage. It was my husband who had taken the car to Precision Tune. A new engine costs $12,000. Again, stay clear...

im young and have been taken advantage of so many times ive lost count. but finally i feel i found a place thats trustworthy and prices are resonable. ive had a ball joint replaced...i bought the part and they put it on...other places quoted me $380-$1000 but i only paid $100 with tax there and it was done right on time. i referred my mom and she got her car fixed and it panned out hundreds of dollars cheaper....i feel like ive finally found a place i can depend on. Thanks PRECISION!!!!!

Read the reviews and decided to give these guys a chance!!! Best $1000 I ever spent! I needed a whole new ac system in my car, and these guys were the only place I called that would give me a reasonable quote. They got it done is less time than they estimated. Very pleased!!! Great job, great service, great price!! If you are thinking of taking your car here for work, get there early! Everyone seems to love them and they had a line at 7 am on a Saturday!!!

Danny and the staff has been "my mechanics" for over 10 years. The key word for me is trust....I moved from Douglasville to SC and I still call on Danny from time to time for mechanical issues and he is always as gracious as he was when I first met him so many years ago. Its been a long time, but I will finally like to take this moment to thank you guys for everything you do to make my life less stressful when car problems arise. God Bless, Anthone R.
