Just had my 7th call to customer service. They are still denying any liability for the damage that was caused to my car by the Cartersville, GA location. The owners is denying any responsibility and so is Meineke. My car was serviced 4 times in 5 days and it broke down after the last service. I paid $2600 for a car that wouldnt drive. The car was fine before these under certified mechanics worked on it. People stay away from this company. They dont even want to hear your complaints, so they outsourced their customer service to another company. What a fraud.......Deny...Deny...deny until you give up and go away..........Keith the Manager wouldnt even give me the owners name to file a complaint. You will find they are not even listed with the BBB. To many issues......? People go any where but Meineke. They dont back the warranty and they damage your car. I would like to charge the owner of this business $1300 and have his car break down on the 4 visit.

I usually do not write bad reviews, but in this case Im left with no choice. Dishonest and Awful experience. Do not take your car here for anything! Shane is a Dishonest Liar. I asked to have ALL of my brake pads replaced and they only replaced the front pads when I got it back and noticed. Not to mention they used the worst Ceramic Pads imaginable which are too hard and will eat away your rotors in no time so that you will have to replace the rotors. Im guessing their "Shop Supplies" Charge is for their case of beer for after work when they all sit around and laugh about how bad they screwed people over that day. I usually do my own brake jobs, but I was short on time. Will never make this mistake again. Save yourself the frustration and money and do it yourself. In the end I replaced the rears myself. Never giving these crooks another cent of my money.

These people do not know what they are doing. I went in for some AC work. They diagnosed the issue wrong. They said it was fixed, a couple days later it was not working again. I had them look at it again and they said I needed something else (compressor). They told me 3 different prices on it and also wanted to charge me to redo the work they just done a few days before. I decided to get a different opinion from a mechanic that I know. Found out it is the ac compressor clutch not the compressor. Also the work that they wanted to do was incorrect. The way they wanted to "fix" it would make my compressor burn out within a few weeks. So that would have been another trip and a few more hundred dollars. DO NOT use this place. They are dishonest, not very friendly, and really dont know what they are doing, They are just guessing. BEWARE

The most ripoff ever. I came in and talked to joshua. told him i wanted a back flush. he said no problem. He had a young boy there that drained my radiator and reinstalled plug. Filled up my radiator with new fluid and never back flushed my cooling system. I asked joshua to check it out. He then walked over with a water hose and stuck it in mt reservoir tank. I told him i had just put new fluid in a week ago and he said that that was the backlash i ordered. Made a complaint to miens and they said it is a franchise they cant do anything about it. Called the meineke store talked to the gm he said i paid for what i received. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CAR. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND LIE ABOUT THE CONDITION OR SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told that I needed to replace my brakes immediately. The guy running the counter told me it wasnt safe to drive away that day. I was told I needed 2 hardware kits for the back, one for each side, new rear brake shoes and new front pads. I went and bought all the parts and was told only 1 hardware kit was needed so there was the first lie, I took to another mechanic in town for the labor. Upon picking my car up I was told only the front pads needed replacing and I should return the back shoes and hardware kit for a refund. So Meineke is a complete rip off, this was after the new management took over. I would recommend somewhere else.

My truck had a check engine light come on about 3 weeks ago. I knew I needed to do some routine work on the engine. When the computer was pluged into the port they were not sure what the problem was and proceeded to tell me how bad of a make of a truck I have since there are so many posting on the mechanics website about things that are wrong. They worked on my truck 3 times and were unable to completly fix the problem. They were great people and did everything they could for me to get my truck back on the road but were not able to dianose the problem correctly. They did proform the tune up work correctly and had

Went there for an oil change, knew it had be awhile and have had some thinhs happen to my car since the last change so wanted the package with everything. Was told I would need two new tires (which I knew) however, pressure was never checked...went in with the indicator on, came home with the indicator still on. "All fluids checked" same instance went in with no washer fluid...guess what!? Still dont have any! Now I know these are minor things I can do myself but heres the thing...bought a package that was supposed to include all of these minor things. Not very happy at the moment

I did not have a good experience here. The "owner," Keith, acted as if he knew what was going on with my car, but he didnt. He charged me almost $400 for a water pump and a coolant and that did not fix the problem. I was not offered an apology or a refund. I was taken advantage of because I am a woman and I do not know anything about cars. Never going back there ever. I also had a coworker that went here and he charged her $40 for an oil change. Please take your business elsewhere for better quality and service.

Went in for a simple oil change for the 3rd time. The person waiting on my fiance was sooo rude, I have no choice but to claim him as a Racists. The employee who stated he was the manager (could be true) called the police and ended with us leaving because there was a WITNESS TO THE WHOLE INCIDENT. This is the WORST place in Cartersville to have service done. They have HORRIBLE customer SERVICE!!! The mechanics are known to try to get over on you as well!

This place is a disaster. Poor management, poor employees. The guy at the counter literally called me a "dick" because I asked why the oil change was going to be 36.99 when the 17 signs on the building said 19.99. Just a simple question. His answer: hey your oil filter is under your skid plate. Let me tell you "its not". So after being called that and being lied to, I decided to leave. Worst place ever.
