I dont know who trains this department in service and/or efficiency, but I recommend saving yourself some time and take your car somewhere else. Went in to just get a tire rotation. Typically this would take an average person 15 minutes to do in their garage, but I didnt have one available. I came in, stood at the counter for about 15-20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence, even as several employees went back and forth from the counter to the shop. No, "Ill be right with you," or "Sorry, Itll be a few minutes." Just straight up ignored for 20 minutes. The line was backing up, and people were starting to get frustrated as they would come to the desk to answer the phone about someone calling about batteries, then go back to the shop. One person in line says he has been waiting for 3 hours for his service to be complete, and said the money he saved on tires wasnt worth the wait. I should have walked out at that point. Finally, someone sat at the computer and decided to help me. He said it would take about 30 minutes to do a tire rotation since theres only one car ahead of me, so I said ok. That fits perfectly into my lunch break. 2 hours later.. my car is just getting driven into the bay. Another hour waiting.. This shouldnt take this long to just remove 4 wheels and put on 4 wheels. Im not asking them to mount or balance tires, just rotate the tires. 30 minutes later, I see that my truck still doesnt have wheels on it, so I tell the service writer that the wait has been very long for such a simple job that was quoted at 30 minutes, and I need to get back to work. He apologizes and says that some of the techs took a lunch. For 3 hours?! So I decided to take an Uber back to work and come back later in the day, because the wait was getting ridiculous for such a quick job. I come back 4 hours later, and again, Im standing at the front desk for almost half an hour before anyone even acknowledges that Im there, even though the techs are constantly in/out of the shop passing by me. The line gets to be 5 people deep before anyone even comes up to the service desk to address the customers. I highly recommend taking your oil/tire business ANYWHERE else but here. I havent had this kind of wait or frustration at any other shop.

Ordered tires online. "Your order should be ready at 8:00 am" Go to store at 8:08-"Go to the other dept for your tires." Head over to Auto dept. Ask guy how long for install and he says 1hr 30 mins. I decline and say I will take tires with me. Goes to computer "Your order isnt processed." I ask "What does that mean, They are supposed to be ready" He Replies "That means that someone is not doing their job" Finally he calls a manager. Manager comes up and helps other person instead of me. While I am waiting 7 more people come into the auto section. 30 mins go by. Manager walks back by and I ask her "What is going on with my order" She says " I am working on it now." Then a guy is getting checked out and the printer stops working on the register. So they call another manager who opens/closes/smacks/and grunts at the printer to no avail. I talk to her about my order and she says "You should pick that up at the front, you are in the wrong place" I was like "Nope nope nope I was told to come here" She checks with the other manager working on my order and they say "We will be right with you sir." Time:8:53. Finally they come to me and try to check me out on the broken register. I tell her that it is broken and she says "No it is fine". After a minute of smacking/cursing/and reprimanding the printer she says "Awwww the printer is broken." She takes me to another register and the register says "SYSTEM ERROR" while she is talking to another associate about awesome slippers that she found. Finally order goes through. She walks me back to auto and says " You are all set" (Still no tires) I say "Where are my tires?" She goes in the back and walks right out with 2 tires and I am finally on my way. Total time 58 mins for an order that was supposed to be ready at 8 am. Of course I was late to work. Lesson of the day-Never expect to get out of Walmart in less than an hour and expect to be disappointed

I usually go to mom and pop places. I was short on cash so I figured Id give Wal-Mart a try. This place just saved me a few hundred bucks based on the 4-5 other quotes I received for the same tires. Their installation fees are more than reasonable - especially the option for free balance and rotate for the life of the tires. The taller gentleman with the shaved head at the counter was knowledgeable, had a good attitude and was happy to help me despite me being there the minute they opened. The individuals working behind the scenes that I did not interact with did high quality work in less time than was advertised. While I have moral objections to shopping at Wal-Mart - the professionals working at THIS store on the morning of April 29, 2016 exceeded my expectations and were polite doing it. Im the owner of the white GMC Sierra if any corporate staff is reading this review.

WORST THING EVER HAPPENED!! No experienced mechanics and i went there for a engine oil change and fuel system cleaning. After sometime they mentioned they cannot do fuel system cleaning. They handed over my car with OIL SPILLED ALL AROUND THE ENGINE and MY DRIVER SIDE MAT WAS COMPLETELY WITH FOOT PRINTS WITH BLACK OIL. Worst experience in my life span. I would probably give 0 rating if possible even negative

Horrible. 95 minutes for an oil change? Really? My car was up in the air 75 minutes. Ridiculous. Slow moving mechanics with bad attitudes. Ill never go back.

Its a Walmart. The auto center is a good value. The workers were all very nice and helpful.
