I took my Caliber in today for a simple tire repair. They took two and a half hours to get the job done. About an hour in I called and inquired after the progress. They started talking about the TPMS sensor and I told them to put a regular valve in its place if it was a problem. They had the audacity to argue with me until I told them that the other tires already had regular valves instead of TPMS sensors. (The sensors break just by taking the cap off and cost $150 to replace. I know what Im talking about when I say having a warning light on is better than depending on these stupid things.) When it was finished the clerk had the nerve to say the following to me: "Its such a shame. That car needs a lot of front end work and 3 new tires. And its such an expensive car and doesnt have that many miles on it." 1, the car was a gift from my inlaws. We didnt pay anything for it. 2. The economy sucks and so do our jobs. Excuse me if our daughters pediatrician bill has to get paid before getting the alignment done. It is comments like these that make my wife shy away from repair shops in the first place. They would do well to tell their associates to treat the customer with a little more dignity and respect regardless of the condition that the vehicle is in. Once I am out of the building then you can gossip about my car all you want to the other mechanics. But dont condescend to my face. It is just unprofessional.

The quality of work is excellent, timely, and they keep track electronically when you need upcoming repairs and services so the customer can plan ahead for time and costs. Something must have changed! After years of being a customer one of their mechanics tried to pull some shady stuff on me. Waited over an hour to be told they would need to remove a bumper to replace a bulb. Wasnt even close to being true - although that procedure would have cost me a couple hours of labor. After, I caught the bold faced lie - they then said only the wheel well cover would need to be removed - Thats 4 bolts... By that time I was done... Will never return again!

This is one of the best car mechanic places around. The employees here are honest and very nice. I went here almost 5 years ago because the price of an oil change was only $23...now 5 years later an oil change is still exactly $23! The men at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I came here on Saturday and, even though the parking lot was completely full, they had my car finished within an hour. I would recommend here to anyone. Very nice people here.

Not only a complete rip off, but certainly the worst customer service for a car shop ever. Definitely not recommended. There are many other Mechanic shops on Roosevelt that will get the service done cleaner, cheaper, faster and with much better attitude. Make sure you dont ask them why does it cost so much, as the first reply youll get is "if you dont like it we can push your car out and you can get it towed"

I took my car in for new tires and alignment - 3D did a thorough inspection of my car and found some safety issues that needed repair. The staff was great - they repaired and replaced my tires in one day - my car has never drove better than it has since they did the work. For all the repairs that they did to my car, I thought they were very reasonable in price. I highly recommend 3D Car Care.

This is my 3rd visit here. I keep coming back because the price is always fair, the service has been great and they will even give me a ride home if i need to leave the car. Their estimates are spot on and I have developed a better trust with 3D than at lesst 3 other repair shops in my area who have not provide that same high level of servuce and affordability.

This is probably one of the worse Auto shop I visited. 2 older men were behind the desk, neither one had any sense of urgency. The gentleman with beard tried to walk me out twice, may be because I visited around 5pm (they close at 6) or may be I am a brown man with facial hair. This shop is in the corner but please watch out Not to go to this Automotive Shop.

If you are planning you change any parts for your car, you can find a better deal here. Get a quote if you are not satisfied they dont give you hard time. They are okay if you leave after you get the quote. They can even explain their quote in detail if you ask, and can give you a details if they have more than one quote for the service.

Excellent service, speed, and price! I went in to replace a water pump today. Not only did they gave me the best price, they asked if I am a student and gave me a student discount on top of the good price! Their service was thorough and fast. The McDonald on the side is also a great place to wait for your car to finish the service.

I have taken 4 of my cars there over several years. Each repair was done to my complete satisfaction. Their customer service is the best. One time when my battery ran down, they came out and jumped me and didnt even charge.
