Just to note, neither of us got loud nor were unprofessional at any point. Very very frustrated and contacted corporate to notify them of my experience. I paid for a hitch install online and scheduled the appointment for a Thursday. I get called the day before to be notified that they need to reschedule me for Saturday because the hitch has not arrived yet. They recommended for me to call on Friday to make sure it arrived for my Saturday appointment. I thought that was odd because usually the business calls to confirm or to reschedule incase of any shipping delays like they did that day. I call Friday at noon, I was told it had not arrived yet but to call later (odd again) but I called anyway and was told it had arrived. I show up for my 9 am appointment to drop off myvehicle. I received a call 1.5 hours later to notify me that my hitch had not arrived yet so it will be a few extra hours because they had to pick up from an Indiana location. I called as soon as I heard voicemail, I kept getting their overflow call center but no one at that location. I expressed my frustration of not only scheduling my appointment but also not notifying me upon arrival. She tried justifying the error by saying the labor price I paid online was less than what they charge. I reminded her that nothing was disclosed to me upon arrival. After a few minutes she said she would make it right for me once I pick up my vehicle. I just asked for a phone call once installation was completed and she said she would. Six hours later and no call, I called and was apologized to and told my hitch installation was completed 15 minutes prior to me calling but were really busy I just said no big deal I waited enough we will discuss this once I arrive. Upon arrival I was handed my keys and told to have a great evening. I reminded her (manager) of our phone conversation that we had and she said there wasnt anything she can do because when I paid for hitch and installation I was only charged for 30 minutes of labor cost and not the 1.5 hours that it takes. She tried referring back to the contract that I had signed upon arrival but I had to explain the contract to her, if additional hours were required they had to be disclosed to me upon arrival with any additional cost before proceding and they needed my signature to do so. We kept going back and forth on the matter for about 20 minutes, we were both frustrated with one another and then she said she would refund me $20. I didnt say anything anymore because I just wanted to leave at that point, horrible experience and even worse handling my "resolution".

Worst Costomer service and it was from Management! Max (the Manager) informed me that placing a hitch on my car would take approximately 3 hours. I dropped my car off and told him I would be in the area because I didnt have a ride. I came back 3 hours later not only was car not done they didnt even call me to tell me that they were having troubles with the wiring and would take longer. The Manager was rude and vague and it was like pulling teeth to get a time out of him so I can pick up my car. 3 and 1/2 hours later I have to call again only to find out its still not complete. After 8 hours and no communication they said my car is ready. I go to pick up my car and the airbag light is on!!! They messed up the wiring In my car and told me to come back tomorrow cause it was late for them!!!!!! I should mention that I am 5 months pregnant and the UHaul representative at a different location informed me that my airbags could deploy at anytime!!! They just put my life and my unborn childs life at risk! Dont ever use UHaul for any services!!

Terrible customer service. The people that work here especially the tall guy with short dreads are so ignorant! When a customer asks you about your equipment and you tell them you dont know but they can figure it out themselves that is just pure laziness. I have never seen more ignorant and ghetto people all in one place. The management is just as bad and to allow your employees to talk loudly on the phone to there friends while using the n word over and over again is not good business. Go anywhere else but here if you need to rent from u haul!

Friendly, helpful, and positive staff. Ive had a storage unit at this location for almost two years. Im there on a regular basis, staff always waves or says hello. More than once Ive walked in already in a bad mood or annoyed, and the manager Max (I believe) always does what ever he can to resolve the issue, hes always calm and polite, but much more importantly because of his helpful demeanor my initially poor mood dissolves. To put it simply, the staff are just good people.

Picked up truck on Friday afternoon. Personal explained everything. Got out to truck to leave. It was dirty outside and inside. Smelled from smoke. Windows were filthy. Still had marks from previous user where they stuck gps on window. Floor was dirty from trash left from previous user. Had to stop at gas station to wash windows because could not see when sun was shinning thru. Very disappointed with there service.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE THERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SHE WAS PLEASANT AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT RENTING A TRUCK THERE AND DOWN TO EARTH I THINK HER TAG SAID PRENCILLA NOT EXACTLY SURE BUT MY WIFE AND I SAID WE HAD A GREAT TIME TALKING WITH HER WOULDNT MIND RENTING AGAIN IN AUGUST WHEN MY SON GOES BACK TO SCHOOL,,,GREAT JOB THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS THEY NEED MORE HELP!!

I scheduled a hitch install and when I got there they did not have an installer. And the time was not convenient for me, but I needed it done the next day. I scheduled this a day ahead of time and they never called. Not only that, as it turned out, they did not have the hitch either! Complete and utter failure.

Great quick service. There was a lady in here last time I stopped in here to drop off a truck complaining and being extremely rude. It sounded like the problem was out of the hands of the workers so I wouldnt hold it against them. Took 5 minutes for me to get a truck and 5 minutes to return it.

Called to book a 26 truck. I was asked to give the woman on the phone my credit card number in order for her to tell me what would be the closeest location I could pick it up from. Even if that is the process, it seems extremely sketchy. Turned me off and onto another company.

This is my go to location when i need a truck rental. After Budget Truck Rental failed to have a truck on the holiday weekend with a 1 month advance reservation, Uhaul was able to accommodate my rental last minute. Thanks!

Reservation for 9 AM to pick up a truck to move. Walk in at 8:45 and wasnt helped until 9:15. One guy on the register and three people standing around waiting to be helped. Need to do a better job staffing.
