Horrible! We recently had to PCS to another state and used 1st Choice Movers to help load our U-Haul truck. The 3-person crew was provided with 4 dozen heavy-weight furniture pads, plastic furniture wrap and access to every blanket we owned. My husband and I allowed them to pack the truck as they saw fit because we assumed they were professionals. When we arrived at our destination, we found significant damages to key items of our furniture. The wooden rods that attach a mirror to our master bedroom dresser were splintered. We attempted to wood glue the rods, but they were so badly damaged that they could not hold the dresser mirror up. Our infant sons wooden crib was scratched so badly that we are having to have it sanded and re-finished professionally. The damage to my sons crib occurred because they broke it down and did not wrap the wood pieces. We had a leather sectional and two of the connector metal rods were broken completely off the couch and another was badly bent. The leather sectional pieces cannot be connected at this point. Finally, several boxes we had clearly labeled as FRAGILE were damaged and items broken. After discovering these issues, we called the company. When we spoke to the management, they acted disinterested, blamed the damages on either our driving or the route taken (interstate), and stated U-Haul furniture pads were too thin. We understand that some damage may occur doing a move, but we have never had this type or extent of damage from other moving companies during our other two PCS moves. I would never recommend this company to any family, friend, or even my worst enemy!

Highly Recommend! I contacted them to help load all of my boxes and furniture onto the truck I rented from Uhaul and then follow me to my storage unit and unload it all. They are amazing in the "Tetris" game and packed my storage unit in a way that utilized the space very well. I will contact them for all of my future moves!

Outstanding experience. Crew arrived on time were friendly and professional, and worked quickly to load and then unload our furniture. I was amazed at how hard they worked. Kenny was there to supervise at times. He even hooked up our dryer. The charge was exactly what was quoted. This is a company you can trust.
