My experience with Precision Car Care was OUTSTANDING! I can not say enough good things about them. The management staff is very friendly and professional. The tech that worked on my car was very knowledgeable and really thought outside of the box. I had been having an issue with the transmission in my 2011 Camry. It would shutter and had a hard shift. I had brought it into the dealership and was told I needed to replace the transmission. I decided to bring the car into Precision for a second opinion. They had recommended changing the transmission fluid since I had never had that done. They took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what was being done. Long story short I did not need a new transmission. The work was done to my car about 3 months ago and I have not had a single issue with the trans. This shop saved me TONS of money, the work was done quick, the tech was very clean and I would recommend him and Precision to everyone!

Horrible experience ! ! Bob does not own this place anymore, new ownership owner knows nothing about cars car was there for 2 weeks waiting on a part that ended up not being the right part cuz they decided not to test it first tore my console apart didnt put it back together correct then after 14 days advised me that they did not know what was wrong with the car and were not able to fix it and wanted to take it to DesPlaines for a transmission shop instead of taking it too aamco in the same building, so aamco ended up fixing my car in 2 days will never use them again and advise you not to either mechanic actually told me he couldnt tell me what went wrong w/ my diagnosis because he didnt work on it specifically so three employees were pointing the finger at each other! Also initially asked them to look at my rear window they never touched the window and said they forgot

These guys are amazing and completely beyond honest. I brought my over 100K Camry in to be checked up before my daughter was about to drive back to college in Texas by herself. They prepared a quote, told me what needed to get done and came in under. The price was way less than what the dealer would charge. But best of all was the service. They treated our car and my daughter as if she were their own. They took care of everything, asked when my daughter was going back to school and told her to stop by the night before to double check everything and top off the fluids and check the air in the tires. That kind of little extra is so rare nowadays. Ive been telling anyone and everyone about them. Keep them in business...take your car there!

When our company moved away from Arlington Heights I was slightly disappointed that I would no longer be near Precision Car Care. That feeling has only grown. I have tried place after place and cannot find anyone who gives such consistent honesty, low prices, and quality. I am now driving my car 40 minutes when I need repairs. One note: Bob requires cash or check (no credit).

Bob and his staff/His business it is an all american business with the same principles as what this country stood for and was founded for....loyalty and honesty to his clients by delivering quality work, and trust for what you pay for. It is a rarity nowadays and probably one of its kind. You need car repairs to be done....go to Precision Care you will not be disappointed!!

My parents have been going here for years and I started a few years ago. . . Both the owner Bob and his staff are HONEST!!! What a concept in todays world. He will tell you what needs to be done and what can wait and how long. They will save you money when they can. Give them a try! You wont be sorry!

Bob and his crew are amazing. They do great work and are honest. He will give you the best deal he can without the shop going under. Our family has been going there for years and we have never been disappointed. Im so worried about what I am going to do when they finally close or sell.

This shop is my #1 go to for my car. All the guys are so nice. They check over your car completely and let you know what will need to be done in the future so you can plan the money out! I never feel pressured to fix something that doesnt need fixed right away.
