Had an appointment was told it would be within the hour 2 12 hours later my car was still sitting waiting for oil change. After they were *finished* Got in my car and I still had no washer fluid. Was told they were out. This wasnt mentioned to me. It makes me wonder if they checked anything. I was told to stop back to get my fluid filled. I stopped in at 5 to close and was told if it wasnt raining they would fill it but it was too late come back another time. Do not trust or use this place, customer service & service is B A D!

Would never go back! I walked in 20 minutes before they were going to close and got denied service. What I needed wouldve been about 15 min. He told me theyve been there since 7am and theyre ready to go, like that was my problem. Arent yall a business? I ended up going across the street to autozone and 20 min later, their doors were still up. So they were either stalling until close or didnt want to provide their services to me. Justin is who I was speaking to.

Got a same day appointment for my oil to be changed and for my tires sensors to be reprogrammed. Unfortunately my car didnt have the sensor but the technicians were extremely helpful! Very fairly priced and they usually have nice coupons! Special thanks to Chris and Justin for a great experience go see either of them for service. High recommend

They straight up lied to me. Told me I needed to replace a valve cover gasket ($1300) that was leaking oil onto spark plugs. Took my car to another mechanic for 2nd opinion who said there was no oil leakage and only needed new spark plugs and coil overs ($300) to address the misfiring I took it in for. Stay far away.

Wanted me to pay $400 just to change spark plugs, paid $50 for an engine check which I can get for free at autozone and they told me I had a random misfire when I know it was a cylinder one misfire check 3 times before I dropped it off, will definitely not be going back

Poor service. Just needed an oil change, but they were too busy standing around smoking and watching football to do anything about it. When I finally got someone to acknowledge me, they were "all booked" with 1 car in the stalls. Lazy.

I was refused service and denied the right to not have mail sent to my address. I should not be forced to receive mail in order to get an oil change.

Way over priced but if its a job you cant do yourself they have a pretty quick turn around. But again everything is over priced, way over priced.
