These guys are the best! I brought in a tire Id bought in another state that went flat that was practically brand new. They found the puncture and when it was clear it was not repairable helped me assess if it was worth going back to where I had a warranty on it (a 1 hour drive) over the cost of just replacing it with them but not having to put in all the time and gas to get to where I bought it. When it was clear it was a better deal for me to drive an hour away they were honest about that and happily loaded my tire back into my vehicle for me. Very polite, very honest - next time I need tires I am buying from them!

So glad to have found Urbana True Tires. I dont know much about cars and Ive been afraid of being taken advantage of in the past. That is not the case here. They are very straight-forward about what needs to be fixed and why (they have always answered my questions well too). Their prices are very reasonable. I have never felt like I was being sold more than I needed and their oil change loyalty program is awesome.

Had a slow leak in a tire. Stopped in and asked them to take a look. They found a puncture in between the treads of the tire and patched the tire. A couple months later and no further problems. Cost was a very reasonable $35 and I was in and out of the shop in under an hour with no appointment (stopped in late in the afternoon, after 3pm). Very satisfied.
